The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 71 Step into the trap

The huge white eagle slowly circled in the sky, its eyes constantly scanning the crowds near the Bastille Ruins Square.

"Have you seen the person in charge?" Fleur poked her head out from behind him.

"No, and he may have disguised himself," Cano replied.

Fleur's guess was correct. The Immortals illegally connected to the Floo network here, and there must be some insider in the Ministry of Magic's Transportation Department.

As long as Kano and Fleur are caught, they will be brought here, and the person in charge will use the fireplace to take them away and imprison them.

"I seem to have seen him." Kano said suddenly. An old man dressed in a classy dress was sitting in a street cafe reading a newspaper.

There is a fireplace in the cafe, and the service staff throughout the store exude a sense of confusion.

He must have been controlled by the Imperius Curse.

"Let's find a place to go down." Kano said.

"Don't worry, Kano." Fleur patted Kano's wings and asked him to stop on a rooftop and return to his human form.

"What's wrong?"

"Something is not right." Fleur lay beside the low wall on the roof of the building and observed for a while, then motioned Kano to follow her gaze and look down.

Fleur pointed out a middle-aged man, an old lady, and a street artist playing the violin.

"This is a trap." Fleur asserted.

"How did you see that?" Kano was also anxious just now, but now that he looked carefully, he saw that the expressions of several people were indeed a little anxious.

"I am beautiful…"

"I know. When it's over, you can listen to my praise and let's get down to business." Kano rolled his eyes.

"Don't interrupt me!" Fleur patted Kano, "Because I am very beautiful, I have been very sensitive to people's gaze since I was a child."

"On the surface, the middle-aged man was reading in front of the used bookstore, but from time to time he would look at the old man drinking coffee."

"The old lady's dog kept trying to jump on her lap, but she didn't even look at the dog. She kept glancing at the old man."

"And that street artist," Fleur curled her lips, "isn't interested in playing the violin at all, and his eyes are wandering around. Not only can I see it, but everyone can see it too."

"So there wasn't a single coin in the piano case in front of him."

Kano clapped his hands sincerely, and Furong raised her chin proudly.

"You have successfully refreshed my understanding of you." Kano smiled, "Such a beautiful and smart Miss Furong, do you have any suggestions for the current situation?"

Fleur's smile froze. She did think of a way, but she couldn't say it.

"This trap is prepared for us. As long as I am caught, I can find the opponent's lair and even meet their leader directly." Kano said calmly.

"And after I am captured, you and your family will lose value to them."

"No." Fleur frowned and said, "They will take away your wand or even knock you out directly."

"When Mr. Dumbledore is in my house, my family is safe. But if you are caught like this, your safety cannot be guaranteed."

Kano actually doesn't care, because he can directly use the knight's ability to fight the opponent even without a wand.

Nowadays, ordinary level wizards cannot break through his magic shield. Instead, his attacks with "magic breaking" characteristics can even kill Aurors without defense.

If the trap is dug too shallow, it can only catch rabbits, but it will never catch elephants.

But Fleur didn't know this, and now she was anxiously thinking of various reasons to stop Kano from taking risks.

"Okay, Fleur, there's no need to persuade me anymore."

Kano handed the wand to Fleur, and at the same time, all his clothes turned into armor, and the oak sword in his hand also appeared instantly.

"See? They can't do anything to me."

"That's not possible!" Fleur still shook her head firmly, "Do you want me to just abandon my friends and hide at home to spend Christmas happily with my family?"

"Then as a friend, you should at least believe in my strength." Kano scratched his head helplessly.

Seeing that Furong's attitude was still very firm, Kano thought of a good idea.

"In this way, Fleur. I will draw a rune for you. Through it, you can directly connect my vision and hearing, locate me, and also communicate with me spiritually."

"How about you go home later and convey what I saw and heard to Dumbledore?"

Furong nodded doubtfully. Kano bit his finger and drew a rune array on the back of Furong's hand that represented "language", "sound", "position" and "transmission".

As the last stroke was completed, the red and gold rune array disappeared under Hibiscus' skin.

"Is this really okay? The connection won't be cut off just because Floo fans are traveling, right?" Fleur didn't speak and asked using teleportation.

"No, it should be fine in France." Cano also responded with teleportation, "It's valid for two days, and we're guaranteed to get rid of them."

Ten minutes later, Kano's white eagle suddenly swooped from the air towards the old man who was drinking coffee. Two sharp claws stretched out and grabbed his shoulders like a sheep.

However, the old man quickly pulled out his wand and aimed it at Kano to cast the coma spell.

Kano transformed into a human form at low altitude to avoid the spell, rolled on the spot and raised his wand in preparation for battle.

At this moment, three stun spells and disarming spells from different directions hit Kano.

He screamed and passed out. The wand in his hand was blown up high and he didn't know where he dropped it.

People in the square were in panic. The four Immortal Party members had no intention of hiding their traces. They picked up the unconscious Kano and dragged him to the fireplace of the cafe.

A burst of green fire flashed, and the five people disappeared into the fireplace.

"Did you get my wand?"

Kano just turned on the feature and took two stun spells. Now he's a little confused, but it's not a big problem.

"I got it, are you okay?"

Fleur's voice rang from her heart. Just now, Kano followed the force of the disarming spell and threw the wand directly to the roof. Fleur used the flying spell to recover it.

"It's okay. Keep it safe and go back to your house quickly. I was caught, and those Immortal Party members who were squatting here should withdraw."

After instructing Fleur, Kano closed his eyes and let go of his senses. He was taken to the fireplace of a forest cabin, and there was a dark cave outside.

"He's just a foolhardy child, but his fighting ability is not bad." said the old lady who was holding the dog just now.

"Why does he have nothing on him except the wand? Aren't these children from magic families supposed to have a lot of good things?"

A voice sounded, which seemed to be the passionless street performer just now.

He dug into Kano's pocket and complained in disappointment.

What he didn't notice was that small amounts of seed were constantly leaking out of Kano's trouser legs.

"Don't do anything, this is the person the leader wants." The old man said, "Put him in the underground base first and deal with it tomorrow."

"When we need him the day after tomorrow, he will be on our side."
