The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 74 Two Funerals

Kano opened the thorn wall he made and walked out of the dim underground base.

Christmas has passed and it's already past nine o'clock in the morning.

Dumbledore and Dominic were waiting for him outside.

"Kano, let you see such a dirty thing, I..." Dominic stepped forward in shame, Kano just shook his head.

"It doesn't matter, I have killed all these guys who became possessed by demons for the sake of immortality."

"I want to burn this place down, do you have any objection?"

Carnot stared at Dominic closely, and the French Minister of Magic shook his head firmly.

"Burn them all so that no one will think about them anymore."

Behind Kano, the old man's body was gently carried out by the vines and placed on the ground. The flowers picked from the corpses of those scum were gathered into a bunch by Kano and placed on his chest.

He snapped his fingers, and all the fuel in the underground base was ignited, and fierce tongues of fire spurted out from various hidden vents, purifying all evil and uncleanness.

The pink-green flames of the floo were lit, and Fleur walked out of the fireplace of the hut. It seemed that she had not slept all night, and her beautiful appearance was somewhat compromised.

"You must be very tired. Why didn't you ask the principal to help you strip my magic last night?" Kano said apologetically, looking at the haggard Fleur.

"Of course it's to confirm your safety. Are you tired?" Fleur stepped forward and looked at Kano.

"I'm not tired physically, but I'm a little tired in my heart." Kano replied, "Thank you for your concern."

"Don't talk about this between friends." Fleur shook her head, "Also, you shouldn't turn off the visual connection. I'm not a weak person."

Kano shook his head silently. This was not a question of whether Fleur could accept it, but he believed that the less people saw these twisted creatures, the better.

Kano got back his wand and belongings from Fleur, and several people from the magic world quickly made a decent cemetery.

Dumbledore used his superb transfiguration skills to make a crystal coffin, and Dominic placed the old man's body in it.

Furong carved a tombstone with no name on it, only the year of birth and death and his identity as a French guerrilla fighter during World War II.

Kano planted a small redbud tree next to the tomb, which represents rebirth. After thinking about it, he planted a few more pines and cypresses.

Several people didn't know how to conduct a Christian funeral. They observed a moment of silence and left this land where sin was buried.

Fleur was persuaded by Kano to return home, and Dumbledore, Dominic and Kano returned to Nico's home.

The lives of the two old people began to count down after the Christmas dinner. When the first ray of sunshine appeared, they closed their eyes.

Their bodies have been placed in transparent ice coffins, and their wands are placed on their chests.

Kano looked at the cake that Pei Lei left for him on the table and sighed silently.

"Nico heard about that base, and he has a message for you." Dumbledore said.

"What words?"

"Don't fall into darkness just to punish evil people. Always walk on the path of light." Dumbledore said, "This is what I want to say, don't indulge in it."

"Don't worry." Kano nodded, picked up the cake on the table and stuffed it into his mouth.

"In my eyes, they are no longer human beings. Do I feel happy because I slaughter pigs and sheep?"

"They just have to be punished, not necessarily through my hands."

Dominic observed a moment of silence in front of the bodies of the two old men, then turned to look at Cano.

"Will Potager, the leader of the Immortal Party, come to the funeral today?"

"He doesn't believe that Nico will choose death, let alone that Nico will destroy the Sorcerer's Stone, so he will definitely come." Kano confirmed, "Find two trustworthy Aurors to play a show with me."

He took out a small box from his arms and contained two hairs.

Cano left first, leaving Dumbledore and Dominic waiting beside the bodies of Nico and his wife.

Soon, there was a knock on the door.

A tall-framed woman with elegant manners walked into the room. She was the current principal of Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Olim Maxim.

Wearing a pure black plain dress, she walked quietly to Dumbledore and Dominic.

"The carriage is ready."

The two nodded, and together with the two people brought by Mrs. Maxim, they lifted the ice coffin of Mr. and Mrs. Nick and carried it to the carriage waiting outside.

Several people boarded the carriage together, and the rune horse pulling the carriage whistled, flapped its wings and flew into the sky.

Soon, the carriage landed smoothly on the lawn outside Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

This magic school is located in the Pyrenees Mountains in southern France, surrounded by beautiful mountains.

In front of their palace-like school, there is a huge magic fountain. Although it is still Christmas vacation, students still wear black robes and gather here one after another.

This fountain was built to commemorate the Nicol couple's sponsorship of Beauxbatons. It is precisely because of their generosity that Beauxbatons has become one of the top magic schools in Europe.

The people on the carriage carried the ice coffin down and placed it on the grass.

With sad faces on their faces, the students walked past the coffin one by one and carefully placed the flowers in their hands on the coffin.

Furong was among them. This was the second funeral she attended today. Although the scenes were very different, the sentiments in her hearts were the same.

Soon, the carriage took their bodies to the next location.

The French Ministry of Magic cast a large-scale Muggle expulsion spell today.

Employees of the Ministry of Magic wearing black robes came forward one by one to pay their respects, holding flowers.

Compared with the simple sadness of the students, many people felt more confused.

Nico is the real white jade pillar holding the sky in the French magical world, holding the purple golden beam across the sea.

Now that he has passed away, where will the French magical world go? And where should it go?

The next location is the Paris Opera House.

Everyone cast an invisibility spell and carried the coffin of Nick and his wife to the audience.

Today someone spent a lot of money to invite the most famous theater troupe to perform "Hamlet" on the stage of the Paris Opera House.

In fact, this person was Nico himself. He gave all the tickets to ordinary friends who he met while attending operas on weekdays, but they did not know that Nico had left.

The actor who played Hamlet said the classic line on the stage: "To be or not to be, that is the question."

After hearing this, in accordance with Nico's wishes, everyone carried the coffin and left the Paris Opera House.

For Nico himself, what is his choice?

The carriage took off again, and this time, they finally landed in the cemetery.

There were hundreds of wizards invited. They came from various countries, no matter old or old, poor or rich, they all focused their attention on the peaceful faces of Mr. and Mrs. Nico in the coffin.

At this moment, a voice broke the solemn atmosphere of the scene.

"Teacher Nico, is he really dead?"
