Ling Tian forced a smile as he saw everyone's stunned looks.

"Little Mengxin?" Zhang Ruoyan instantly recognized Yun Mengxin, so she asked her name to confirm it.

Ling Tian communicated to her with his spiritual sense that she is the mother of Zhang Xinya and that he had been able to heal her.

"Aunt Ruoyan." Yun Mengxin nodded with a slight smile. Her cold and elegant nobility was clearly marked on her but she still greeted her with respect.

"Little Mengxin... can you fly too?" Tang Zhi asked in a choppy voice as she remembered that Yun Mengxin descended from the sky, like Ling Tian did before.

"Yes, aunt. I taught her what I practice, so she can also fly with a sword just like me." Ling Tian answered Tang Zhi's question and added, "This is the same thing that I will teach all of you."

Everyone was astonished to hear this.

Ling Tian would teach them to fly too?!

Zhang Xinya and Tang Wanying were stunned to hear this.

"Are you sure we can practice what you said?" Tang Zhi asked somewhat incredulously.

"Um." Ling Tian nodded with a smile and then pointed to Tang Jingtian and Mu Shen, as well as Mu Shuiruo, Long Yuyin, and Lan Yin: "They too began to practice the same thing as me.

Tang Zhi still nodded with some confusion.

"You mean we can reach the Divine rank like you?" Tang Wanying asked curiously while she understood what Ling Tian said.

"Yes and no." Ling Tian slowly nodded, "What I practice is very different from you... even if you practiced hard and could reach the Divine rank, you still couldn't fly like me among many other things..."

Tang Wanying nodded slowly, slowly understanding what Ling Tian said.

"Is there anyone else like you here who can fly besides Sister Mengxin? Did someone teach you, or are you the only one?" Zhang Xinya immediately asked. She remembered the middle-aged man who fought Ling Tian and could also fly.

"As far as I know, there is no one else but me at the moment... well, at least within the city." Ling Tian replied by remembering that he went around the Star City to see if he could find any other hidden cultivators, but he found nothing.

"So... you're not really from here?" Zhang Xinya understood Ling Tian's words and asked in amazement.

Ling Tian stared at Zhang Xinya for a few seconds before answering, "Um, I'm not from here, I come from a place far away that you cannot imagine."

Everyone was stunned once again.

Could it be that there really are more human settlements than Star City?

"Are there other shelters beyond Star City?" Tang Nan, who has the title of Elder of the Tang family, asked instantly.

"I don't think so, well that's how I feel. Star City could be the only city in this world." Ling Tian answered Tang Nan's question. He felt that Star City might be the only place with humans. The whole small world was full of demonic beasts.

"So if you are not from here, and there is no other city but ours... where do you come from?" Tang Zhi asked in a somewhat agitated voice.

Ling Tian sighed before saying, "It may be hard for all of you to believe, but I am not from this world... I come from a greater world." He said slowly, opening everyone's eyes in disbelief.

Ling Tian quickly thought of something important.

"Aunt Zhi, I will return to my world later, as I have some little children that I take care of as if they were my own family. Little Shuiruo agreed to come with me to that world, as did Mengxin too." Ling Tian gently took Yun Mengxin's hand as he looked at her with love and appreciation. Yun Mengxin smiled softly at him.

"So, I had thought to ask you if you could come with me too, as Wanying will become my wife, so I would not want to separate her from her family." Ling Tian told her directly what he had been thinking all along.

"Little Tian, is there really another world?" Tang Zhi asked incredulously at this. She felt as if what Ling Tian said was not real, but his actions and what he has done so far urged her to believe it.

Ling Tian correctly nodded, "That is a bigger world. There are wonderful things you can witness. All people can fly through the skies, as well as do much more... and above all, in that world there are no demonic beasts like in this place." Ling Tian frowned at the latter when he thought about why there would be demonic beasts in this lower plane. In the Immortal World there would be but spiritual and immortal beasts, specifically in the realm of monsters.

Each of them had reached unimaginable levels of disbelief upon hearing this.

Could each person fly?

Wasn't that place a world of Gods?

"But a clear disadvantage of that world is that one has to have the strength to be able to defend oneself and not be disturbed by anyone." Ling Tian spoke with some displeasure: "You would no longer fight with demonic beasts, but with other people..."

This would be no different than the world they are in. It would not be strange for them to prefer to stay and continue to face demonic beasts than to face humans.

"But if we are strong, then no one would bother us?" Zhang Xinya asked as she stared directly at Ling Tian.

"If you become very strong, then no one will bother you... in that world it would be normal to kill others unless you have a powerful backer to back you up." Ling Tian slowly replied, "Even other people might be afraid of bothering you if you were strong."

Ling Tian observed that everyone was slowly understanding with a great expression of stupefaction what he said.

"That is why I hesitated to tell you this." Ling Tian forced a bitter smile: "Although I would like to stay here because this is where your roots and your whole family are, I am worried about my loved ones there, so I could not stay here for long."

Ling Tian understood that it would be somewhat difficult for them to leave the place that has been their home for a long time.

"Little Tian, I know it would be selfish of me to ask you this, but..." Tang Zhi hesitated for a few seconds before making her request: "Could you allow my husband and father-in-law to come too?"

"Also allow my husband and my father-in-law to come." Zhang Ruoyan nodded with a soft smile.

"I think the Lord of the City should come too..." Tang Zhi turned to see Long Yuyin with a smile.

Ling Tian nodded confusedly at this.

Yun Mengxin tenderly squeezed his hand and looked at him softly, "I think I'll go look for my family too." She took out her sword and quietly flew into the sky, leaving everyone surprised once again.

"It would be better if only our direct families came." Tang Zhi spoke again and looked at Tang Wanying.

Tang Wanying nodded and stood, waiting for Ling Tian. Zhang Xinya did the same.

Ling Tian understood right away and decided it would be better to clear this up at once, so he nodded at once.

'Yuyin, I need you to come with us.' Ling Tian sent an instant transmission to Long Yuyin, taking it out of her cultivation.

Long Yuyin quickly nodded and approached Ling Tian.

Fwoosh

At that moment, a wind swirled around Lan Yin and immediately her body was filled with black impurities once again.

Lan Yin stored the immortal crystal in her space ring and ran out to wash as usual with a panicked expression.

Ling Tian successfully nodded to this.

The others wondered what had happened to her.

"Let's go." Ling Tian told Long Yuyin and Zhang Xinya, and then he extended his hand to Tang Wanying with a gentle smile.

Tang Wanying did not hesitate and took his hand with a smile as well.

Long Yuyin and Zhang Xinya grimaced at this, but at once, they approached and grabbed Ling Tian's arms as well.

Instantly, all four of them soared into the sky and then disappeared.
