Ling Tian cut the demon beast down easily.

That tiger-shaped demon beast was in Eighth Stage of Chi Gathering, so it didn't worry him. To him, it was a simple, easy to kill demon beast.

After warning the cold woman, he left.

Ling Tian continued to walk for a long way before stepping on his sword and flying up to the sky, in the direction of the Mu siblings' house.

Ling Tian arrived and indeed, no one had noticed that he had been away.

He went to his room and sat down in a cultivation position. He was going to check the changes in his body.

His meridians were in perfect condition. His body seemed to regain some of its fleshly strength, although he could still be injured by an artifact, it would be somewhat difficult. It was no longer a simple mortal body.

He released his spiritual sense into his Dantian and observed that a layer had actually been lifted in the heavenly seal that confined his cultivation. This caused him to release some of his cultivation and return again to the Peak Stage of Chi Gathering. It was a good thing. The heavenly seal could really be lifted permanently.

Soon, he entered his small world and realized that the space around him expanded, allowing him access to some of the objects he had in his previous pocket world.

The problem was that he still could not access the immortal crystals he had in his small world. Even the most powerful immortal weapons were still inaccessible.

The only thing he could access for now were some containers of herbs, the cauldron to make the pills, some spiritual and minor immortal artifacts, whether spears, swords or halberds, and several spiritual Chi stones.

Ling Tian breathed a sigh when he saw that he could not yet access all of his things. It seems that he had to lift another layer of the heavenly seal in order to have access to all things.

Ling Tian did not have the materials to make a teleportation formation arrangement to return to the immortal world, or to the world of cultivation. So he would have to go out in search of some natural teleportation matrix in this lower plane.

Much less talk about tearing up the void. He couldn't do that with his current cultivation.

He kept looking at everything around the little world. It really was worthy of a small world.

The lush vegetation could be seen everywhere. You could even see the river water coming from what appeared to be a waterfall.

He appreciated everything he saw. This was definitely a truly small world.

Coming out of his small world, Ling Tian remembered the strange event in his sea of knowledge when he looked for the seed of the missing tree.

Directing his spiritual sense, he entered his sea of knowledge.

Although a layer of the heavenly seal was lifted in his sea of knowledge, reaching the Peak Stage of Chi Gathering as well, his strength was comparable to the Peak Stage of the Foundation Establishment.

In short, along with his cultivation and sea of knowledge, he could fight someone in the Peak Stage of the Foundation Establishment scenario at the same time. He could even give a Golden Core a hard time.

Ling Tian covered his entire sea of knowledge and found something strange underneath it.

Ling Tian mobilized his entire sea of knowledge, pushing the water around him, leaving empty where the strange thing was.

He was surprised by what he saw.

A strange vine lay in the midst of all his sea, while its roots scattered around in a great space beneath all his sea of knowledge. It looked like a giant vine, covering one-tenth of its sea of knowledge.

Ling Tian approached this strange vine, trying to verify and search through his memories what this thing was.

He found nothing after searching for a long time in his memories.

Ling Tian touched the vine while also releasing his spiritual sense.

Ling Tian felt an amazing and incredible power coming out of that vine. He even felt a little bit of fear.

Instantly, he realized that another layer of the heavenly seal in his sea of knowledge broke and a force was unleashed all over the place.

He was shocked. Another restraint was lifted and the strength of his sea of consciousness increased.

Now, the strength of his sea of knowledge was comparable to the Golden Core Peak Stage!

Ling Tian couldn't believe what he was watching. He quickly emerged from his sea of knowledge and headed for his Dantian.

Unfortunately, the heavenly seal on his Dantian did not change at all. His cultivation was still in the Peak Stage of Chi Gathering.

Only the heavenly seal in his sea of knowledge had been lifted, thus giving him more soul strength.

Sigh

Ling Tian sighed. He had thought that the heavenly seal had been lifted again, so his cultivation would increase once more, but it did not.

Again, he headed for his sea of knowledge and began to pay more attention to that vine.

That vine which was exuberant with power and had good color, now, its branches were pale and even dry, while the power it displayed had been drastically reduced.

"It seems that, in exchange for lifting a layer of the heavenly seal in the sea of knowledge, it spent some of its power". Ling Tian reflected on the state of that.

Ling Tian remembered a sensation that gave him that vine, but he can't remember exactly where he felt it before.

He was remembering for a long time, until he remembered.

That feeling of fear, was the one he had felt in the third crystal sphere of the three objects floating in his sea of knowledge!

Ling Tian turned his gaze to the only floating object left in the place.

Its surface was still opaque, as if trying to hide something inside.

Now, however, everything around its surface was covered in cracks, as if it was about to be destroyed at some point and its power within would come out, covering his sea of knowledge.

Ling Tian was frightened by the memory of this feeling of fear and terror. That power was even more powerful than his immortal essence, even when he was in the Highest Immortal Realm.

Ling Tian knew that if the power contained within was unleashed, it would most likely completely damage his sea of knowledge. It could even make him an idiot if it destroyed his entire sea of knowledge.

He decided not to touch that object, lest, if he touched it once, it would break.

He knew that was a time bomb, therefore he would have to find a way to get that out of his sea of knowledge or contain the power that resides within it.

Ling Tian came out of his sea of knowledge.

He pulled an immortal crystal from his storage ring and began to absorb it.

The immortal crystal turned to dust.

Ling Tian frowned as he felt his cultivation did not advance to the Foundation Establishment scenario. With that crystal it would be enough to move forward.

'It seems that the way for my cultivation to return would be to lift all the layers of the heavenly seal...' He thought as he pondered everything.

He only felt that he could use the immortal crystals to replenish his strength. But he could not advance with them. He had to find a way to return to his peak.

Leaving those troubles behind, Ling Tian decided to fall asleep and wait until the next day to get to know the Star City and even more, everything about this tiny world on the lower plane.
