"Hey, I understand the Ming family is one of the great five families. So, what are the other four great families?" Ling Tian wanted to know all the information about star city.

Tang Jingtian responded.

"In Star City, there are several families, ranging from commoners, aristocrats and the five most powerful families in the city.

As the word implies, the commoner families are those people who have no status or political power over the star city.

The aristocratic families already have influence on some star city decisions because they have power either in politics or in martial arts. In every aristocratic family, the elder or the patriarch is a Heaven rank or Great Heaven rank.

The five great families are those who have full control over a particular star city domain.

Each family has its place where the main residence is, in short, where the main family lives. And near those domains, are the secondary branches of those families or the servants.

These five great families usually have one or two Emperor ranks in them, and several King ranks.

There's the Ze family. Their patriarch Ze Rum is a King rank, while two elders behind the family are Emperor ranks. The young master of that family is Ze Yu and he is already a Great Heaven rank. Although it's a bit arrogant because of the rank he has. But it's thanks to the resources provided by his own family

The next family, is the Ming family. You've already heard of them. The Ming family is a tyrannical family. They try to impose their authority on others. If they don't like something, they try to get it underwater. Although at first glance that family is respected and somewhat adored for being one of the great five families, my family knows that it really is a tyrannical family.

The Lord of the City tries to remedy the conflicts between the five great families, so that there is peace and tranquility in the Star City. But, the Ming family tries to do everything in secret, so it is almost impossible to find evidence against them.

Their patriarch is Ming Xian and he's a 3-star King rank. Two of their elders are also Emperor ranks. The young master is Ming Zeng. That's the older brother of the Ming Fen bastard. Ming Zeng is very proud and arrogant with his rank. He's mostly going up against Ze Yu for Goddess Yun Mengxin. The two of them are after her.

Next up, it's the Yun family. The patriarch of this family is Yun Dong and is a Great Heaven rank. There is only one old man who is in the Emperor rank. This family is where Goddess Yun Mengxin comes from. She is the only daughter of the patriarch, therefore, she is the Young Miss of the Yun family.

They used to be on equal power as the Ze family and the Ming family, but my father told me that, the Ming family is currently putting pressure on the Yun family, even taking away several of their properties and resources that support them. All because the bastard Ming Zeng wants Yun Mengxin to be his wife, therefore they are pressuring the Yun family to accept the proposal of marriage between Ming Zeng and Yun Mengxin.

My Tang family, it's the other great family of Star City. My father is the patriarch Tang Wei and he is a 3-star Great Heaven rank. If he makes any more progress in his techniques, I'm sure he'll soon be an Emperor rank!

In our family, we have a 2-star Emperor rank, which is Elder Tang Nu, my grandfather.

Therefore, being the only male son of the patriarch, makes me the young master of the Tang family. I am currently in the 2-star Great Heaven rank. My younger sister is in the 1-star Heaven range. She's very close to little sister Shuiruo, so they're best friends. One could even say that they are more sisters than friends.

The last one, is the Zhang family. The patriarch is Zhang Chao and he has the Great Heaven rank. They also have an old man in the King rank.

The goddess Zhang Xinya is from this family! She is also the patriarch's daughter, so that makes her the Young Miss of the Zhang family.

Although publicly recognized as the last great family, its power is comparable to other great families, making it one of the great families."

Ling Tian did not interrupt Tang Jingtian's entire explanation. There was a lot of information about star city, so he wanted to know all the base, families and domains of the city.

Tang Jingtian spoke again.

"There is another great family, but it is recognized as the family of the Lord of the City.

The Long family, can interfere in almost every decision made in Star City. They are in charge of the safety of the entire city, so any wrong decision can damage the entire Star City.

The Long family has been the Star City's main advocate for several years!

The Lord of the City, Long Cheng, is the only Legend rank in the entire Star City, making him the bearer of hope in the fight against the demonic beasts. There are even several King ranks in what is the City Lord's Mansion.

The City Lord's only daughter is Long Yuyin. She is one of the city's goddesses!

She is a Great Heaven rank like us. Such beauty and power, it's amazing."

Tang Jingtian patiently explained what he knew to Ling Tian, so he tried to summarize all the important information.

Ling Tian spent several seconds meditating on all the information, when he turned to see Mu Shen.

"That's why, because of the friendship between you and Tang Jingtian, little Shuiruo hasn't had any accidents caused by her persecutors, right? Leaving aside the Ming family."

Mu Shen nodded.

In fact, it was true that, thanks to his friendship with Tang Jingtian, he and Mu Shuiruo have been able to live quietly without any problems that are related to the beauty of Mu Shuiruo, except for the bastard Ming Fen.

Tang Jingtian said, "That's the reason I've told my brother Shen that they should come and live in my house. There's enough room for everyone. "Why don't we split up better to look for these?" Ling Tian wanted to quickly explore the surroundings in search of a cave or depths that contain some sort of matrix or teleportation arrangement.

"Are you sure? But... what if you meet a demon beast?" Tang Jingtian asked with concern. Even Mu Shen looked at Ling Tian.

Ling Tian smiled quietly and said, "Don't worry, I'll be careful. I will run if I see any demon beasts nearby or hide ... Besides, it would be much faster and we would cover more ground when we separate, don't you think?"

Tang Jingtian and Mu Shen hesitated. They knew that Ling Tian had no power. What if he meets some demon beast and can't escape?

But observing Ling Tian's safety, they decided.

The three of them agreed to meet in the same place in a few hours.

Quickly, they each took their own path and headed into the forest.
