"I seem to be in a tiny dimension..."

Ling Tian whispered when he finally stopped walking and looked around. It did not take him long to inspect this place where he had entered.

'What is this place?'

His thoughts about any information that might indicate a clue about the various planes, dimensions and small worlds filled his head as he tried to understand what this place was where he was.

This place was almost the size of the Star City stadium; a space so large with several pillars around the place that they headed for what appeared to be a huge altar in the background.

The illumination of the place was dim and somewhat gloomy, which was definitely as if it was almost night with slight lighting since there was no sun or moon. In short, he was locked in what appeared to be a vast room.

He was also surprised when he noticed that there seemed to be several personal objects next to a pillar, showing that there seemed to be people who had come to this place before...

Looking at each spot in detail, Ling Tian raised his eyebrows in surprise when he inspected the various pillars.

The pillars seemed to have many patterns etched into their surfaces about animals. Ling Tian was surprised that he could even see the mythical animals like the Dragon, Phoenix, Qilin, Tiger, Fox and many more animals of all races of animals depicted on the pillars.

When he wanted to direct his spirit sense to verify the huge altar, a slight strange feeling took hold of his being and quickly withdrew his spirit sense.

A feeling of alertness rose in his being while he expanded his senses to the limit.

'Is it my imagination or does it seem that someone was watching me?! Waiting for me to finally touch that altar with my spirit sense...' Ling Tian showed an expressionless face on the outside demonstrating that he was only seeing the altar from afar and had not felt the danger, but inside he was alert and even sweating cold: 'I thought at first I was only imagining things, but it seems that someone has been watching me since I got here...'

That strange feeling was very clear to him: that feeling was undoubtedly the one he felt every time he met someone very, very powerful who could kill him with the slightest movement of a finger. Besides, that feeling of being watched since he started inspecting the place was real.

'An Immortal?!' Ling Tian thought quickly as he continued to push his senses to the limit, paying attention to any slight sound or movement that occurred.

An Immortal could easily kill him, especially if they are powerful Immortals in the higher realms...

It could also be a soul remnant of someone powerful, which would be quite obvious that could be hidden and he could not notice or see it. His cultivation was still very low.

However, his instincts did not convey fear or danger; therefore, this was only a warning that there was someone powerful but who had no bad intentions toward him.

After ten seconds, Ling Tian realized that this entity or whatever was watching him seemed not to show itself unless he observed or approached that mysterious altar in the background.

Knowing that he should not use his spirit sense to verify the great and mysterious altar, Ling Tian decided to try to see it with his own eyes.

This altar was enormous, while it contained what looked like two crystal spheres the size of a small ball in the center of the top, one of pure gold and the other of a white-silver color; strangely, the first gave off a slight red light and the last even seemed to give off a subtle blue light. It looked vaguely like two animal eggs.

Also, an ancient and even wild feeling could be felt in this place, as if one entered the forest and could feel the breath of nature belonging to the animals.

'It seems that this strange feeling as if I were before the powerful spiritual and immortal animals comes from this mysterious altar, rather from those two spheres that look like eggs...' Ling Tian thought within as he continued to observe the altar.

His attention almost always shifted to these two spheres before he continued to observe the mysterious altar.

What surprised him was that he had a slight strange sensation in his being, as if his intuition subtly indicated that he had to approach the altar...

'I don't know what will happen if I get close, so I have to figure out how to get out of here first. This way I will have an escape route secured in case this unknown entity tries to do something to me...' Ling Tian decided to see a way out of here: 'It seems that there were people who came in a long time ago and were trapped here...'

Approaching where the various things were, Ling Tian noticed the various skeletons of people who apparently waited for their death while sitting or lying down. There was even a skeleton that was still on its two feet, with an old rusty sword in its hand against the wall, apparently to break it and get out of here.

A total of almost 10 people had entered this place.

Ling Tian even found storage rings, indicating that were cultivators who had been in this place before.

Looking through all the belongings, there was evidence that the strongest cultivator in the place seemed to be a weak cultivator between the realm of the Foundation Establishment and Golden Core. The weapons were low level, while the pills turned to dust.

There was no sign indicating a spot, a switch, a passageway or anything that could be used to leave the site. There wasn't even a teleportation formation there.

There was only this mysterious altar...

'Will I have to lift the Heavenly Seal to break the wall or try to break at least the space?' Ling Tian thought as he looked for a way out of this place: 'But I don't have my special weapon to do it...' A grimace formed on his face.

If he could break through the realm of the Great Ascension, he might have a better chance of getting out of the place. But he didn't have his weapon that he had specially refined to more easily break through the void...

'I have a chilling feeling that if I try to remove the Heavenly Seal I might even really die....'. Ling Tian frowned when his instincts expressed to him not to lift the Heavenly Seal.

Most likely he would not resist the punishment that was the divine damnation; his body was also weakened and those thunderbolts were horrible. Even he had the slight feeling that next time these thunderbolts would be stronger and more horrible.

'But I am not strong enough to try to break the void...'

Ling Tian felt powerless while deciding whether to break the Heavenly Seal or not.

Ling Tian furrowed his eyebrows even more when he finally struck a palm on his forehead.

'I don't need my former power to break the space, as long as I can feel a sliver of the Space Law I will be able to find a way to break the space and enter the void again...'

Ling Tian cursed himself for thinking that he would have to wait for all his power to return before he could feel the laws of space again.

Why did he need to depend on his former strength? Why did he need to wait until he was strong again in order to use his special skills? He could begin to develop it now and in that way could perhaps develop further his knowledge of the Principles.

Although it was impossible to sense the World Principles from a very low level of cultivation due to the fact that only in the higher realms will one begin to develop sensitivity to the Principles, it could not be said to be true.

Above all, the Law of Space was so profound and mysterious that almost no one could feel or understand it. Even the most powerful Immortals were no exception.
