Between the electric and the flint, Tang Wanying was stunned at how quickly things had developed.

When Ze Long wanted to grab her, she had tried to dodge, but the power difference between her martial arts power and Ze Long's was great, so she could not prevent Ze Long from succeeding.

When she thought there was no other solution, Tang Wanying felt a hand lightly touching her waist while a strong arm gently embraced her and moved her from her place at incredible speed without causing her any discomfort, as if she were just a leaf flying in the wind.

Tang Wanying looked up and realized that it was the Great Master Alchemist who had embraced her and moved her from her place, so that Ze Long could not do anything to her. Tang Wanying did not know why, but she did not feel disgust when Ling Tian had touched her, instead she felt a comfortable, warm sensation coming from his body, as if all her sadness and worries were swept away without a trace.

Ling Tian did not know what Tang Wanying was feeling, his attention was on the man in front of him.

Ling Tian released Tang Wanying's soft waist and pulled her gently behind him, protecting her in case anything happened.

Tang Wanying felt a slight sense of loss as she felt Ling Tian's arm let go, but she was immediately stunned. Her eyes were on the back of Ling Tian, she was feeling that it was like a mountain that would protect her from any catastrophe that might occur, so she could not help but feel a sense of security and relief. Tang Wanying felt that her feelings were a disorder within her heart.

"Dare to strike our little young master," Ze Long's protector spoke grimly to Ling Tian.

Ze Long was writhing in pain on the floor as he clutched his chest trying to breathe in as much air as he could.

Ling Tian showed a faint smile when he saw Ze Long. Although he had beaten him slightly, his strength was enough to deprive him of the oxygen in his lungs for a moment, but after several seconds he would be over it.

"But would it be okay for that brat to touch Lady Tang?" Ling Tian spoke mockingly.

The man frowned as he saw that the young man was not afraid to confront him by speaking to him in such a manner.

Ling Tian looked at this guy with indifference. His face was expressionless, devoid of emotion, as if he did not care who this person was. In his eyes one could find a trace of disdain and contempt, as well as mockery and coldness.

The bodyguard was annoyed to see that this younger man was despising him completely, as if he were nobody.

Tang Nan was at a standstill along with the other obstructing guy, but she was still looking out for the safety of Tang Wanying.

She had been surprised by the speed of reaction of this great master alchemist, so she was relieved when she saw Tang Wanying being well. Now she was worried about how Ling Tian would solve things with the other guy. Tang Nan couldn't take care of those two guys by herself, they were both 3-star King rank! She was only a 1-star king so the difference in strength and numbers put her at a disadvantage.

That arrogant voice was heard by Ze Long's two bodyguards and the Tang Nan woman. They thought this young man was too arrogant.

He was just very young, so he probably still lacked experience in life. It would not be strange if he ended up offending a powerful person from one of the great families and suffered a horrible punishment.
