Chapter 703: A match that even an army of dementors cannot stop

After heavy rain poured down and a gust of wind roared, the players on both sides of the field struggled to stabilize their broomsticks.

Vincent is no exception.

But anyone who can be selected into the school team, even as a substitute, can handle this small situation perfectly.

After the small episode, the game continued as usual.

Even though the surrounding temperature dropped sharply, it could not extinguish the determination of both sides to win.

Enraged, Flint flew towards the Quaffle like a train of trucks speeding through the air.

To be precise, he hit me with his hard elbow.

Vincent braked quickly.

Beta's performance is not as good as that of Rogue Rabbit, but with its superb control, it still managed to avoid this insidious elbow attack.

In an attempt to harm others, the Quaffle whizzed past Draco's face.

Harry, who was dangling behind him, quickly turned his head, narrowly avoiding the situation again and again.

"Flint! You are shameless!" George and Fred yelled, causing the girls to launch a collective denunciation.

There is no sportsmanship and this has risen to the level of a personal vendetta.

Unfortunately, under the violent storm, the referee Mrs. Hodge could not see clearly what happened.

Flint gestured to his batter, and a Bludger immediately hit Vincent.

If you can't fight hard, you will interfere. This is the consistent tactic of the Slytherin team against Gryffindor's scoring champion.

It can be easily handled when there are rogue rabbits, but it is a bit difficult when it comes to betas.

It was narrowly avoided several times, which made the boys secretly worried.

They are scared, very scared.

George and Fred raised their altitude, "Vincent! We'll cover you!"

"No! You go protect Katie and Angelina!"

Slytherin had just scored 10 points. If Draco caught the Golden Snitch again, the game would be lost.

Vincent turned around and faced the twins, appearing to be at ease, "Don't worry! I can handle it!"

It's hard not to be convinced if one person attracts half the team's firepower.

Flint's plan failed.

Gryffindor's formation is like an iron wall, and they can't break through with just a few people.

But letting Vincent go will only make the situation worse. If you persist, you will always find an opportunity.

Draco stopped suddenly and stared coldly at the surrounded figure high in the sky.

He turned around and smiled contemptuously at Harry, "Potter! Wayne is just holding on! Can't you see it?"

Of course they know.

Harry's firm eyes showed no hesitation, "That's why we can't let him down!"

Draco turned around indifferently, "A bunch of idiots!"

He doesn't understand, he doesn't understand at all.

Collective interests are sometimes far more important than individual interests.

Suddenly, a golden figure streaked across the lawn below.

Draco pressed the broom handle hard, but Harry behind him was a step faster.

The two brooms are at the same level, and the slower one is the slower one.

The Golden Snitch seemed to sense the movement behind him and kept circling around on the lawn.

Harry was very upset at missing the opportunity.

It would be nice if it could be faster, even faster.

The tips of grass scratched his trousers, and he was almost flying on the ground.

The teachers and students in the stands were all frightened for him.

At such a speed, if you are not careful, even if you fall into the mud, your whole body will be broken.

Such images appear in their minds inexplicably, like a lingering nightmare.

Draco, who was following Harry, slowed down, his face extremely pale.

The rain was so cold that he couldn't stop shivering.

It's only November, it shouldn't be.

In fact, it wasn't just him, the students in the audience had started to feel strange.

This is a familiar feeling, a feeling of despair that seems to crush everything.

Hermione suddenly stood up and looked blankly at the dark clouds in the sky.

The small yellow umbrella slowly slipped from her hand.

Daphne quickly picked up the umbrella, "What's wrong? What's your expression..."

The doubts ended abruptly.

That patch was not a dark cloud at all, but a dense collection of black figures overlapping together.

The surrounding students also found something strange.

"Photo..." They were so frightened that they covered their mouths.

A light blue translucent phoenix suddenly appeared and flew around the entire arena.

Dumbledore squeezed the Elder Wand in his hand, his sharp eyes locked on the army of dementors in the sky.

"Call the guardian angels!" The professors waved their wands one after another, summoning their respective patron saints.

"Albus!" McGonagall's face was full of fear, "We must stop the game immediately!"

The field was not affected and they seemed to focus all their attention on the game.

Dumbledore looked serious, "Wait a minute."

Mag saw that he was rarely angry, and the hand holding the wand no longer trembled.

The Ministry of Magic must give the school a reasonable explanation for what happened today.

Snape in the other stand had a gloomy face, his eyes fixed on Harry who was still chasing the Golden Snitch on the lawn.

Even the sick Lupine summoned the incomplete Patronus in the form of a ball of light, but he had no intention of taking action.

Even the students have tried to recite the spell one after another. Is it true that he cannot use the Patronus Charm?

The dark army of dementors did not make any concessions, but instead swooped down towards the arena.

They cannot be killed, and no matter how strong the patron saint is, they can only be temporarily dispersed.

But there is a dense army of Dementors here, and it is destined to be a difficult and protracted battle.

The players in the arena finally noticed, but the oncoming army of dementors could not stop them.

Gryffindor didn't back down, and neither did Slytherin.

Draco stopped on the sidelines.

Vincent was still surrounded, and Harry did not give up chasing the Golden Snitch.

He doesn't understand, and he may never understand.

It's just an ordinary school game. Is it worth them ignoring the danger?

"Maybe no dementors were found? Yes, that must be the case..."

Draco muttered to himself, clenching his fists tightly.

Do they really not know?

No, they know.

But the heart-stopping fear and despair did not defeat them, but instead became the motivation for them to win the game.

"Good opportunity!" Betty scored and the score reached 160:10.

Even if you get the Golden Snitch, it's just an equal share.

If we don't do something, Slytherin will lose.

He took a deep breath and his chest rose and fell violently, as if he was making a very important decision.

He loosened his clenched fists and firmly grasped the broom handle.

The speed increased to an extreme, and Harry's back was soon clearly visible.

"Potter! I won't lose to you!"

The distance was getting closer and closer, and when he could reach out and touch his back, Harry suddenly quickly raised the height.

The Golden Snitch shot high into the sky like a cannonball, and Draco gritted his teeth and raised the broom handle to catch up.

What was very miraculous was that the negative emotions that were constantly eroding his heart and making him unable to resist were gradually weakening.

But where the Golden Snitch went, there were those Dementors coming towards him.

Draco unconsciously slowed down.

It is never so easy to face fear and despair, even if most of the dementors have been driven away by the patron saints.

But behind the Golden Snitch, Harry was still following closely.

Seeing that they were about to rush into the dementors, all the teachers and students in the school couldn't help but pause.

The sound of rain was so quiet that it was completely inaudible, and everything around me seemed not to exist.

Quick, faster.

It was almost, almost possible to catch it.

With everyone's prayers, Harry successfully reached out and caught the Golden Snitch.

But unfortunately, he fell into the Dementors and lost his trace.

After a moment, a figure fell down.

"Harry!"

Countless screams sounded.

The head-on contact with the dementors made him black out instantly.

"Ouch -" accompanied by a shrill howl, a black figure rushed into the arena from outside the arena.

Its speed is so fast that it can't be distinguished by the naked eye, and it seems to be rushing in with all its strength.

If anyone noticed it, they could vaguely tell it was a medium-sized black-furred animal.
