This Hogwarts is not normal

Chapter 738: Face it, face fear

After the little episode just now, Harry and Ron were obviously much more relaxed.

After arriving in the dungeon smoothly, the two of them stood quietly in front of Snape's office.

It's not the first time I've been here, but I still tremble all over when I really want to go in.

"Who opens the door?"

"Let me do it."

"If the old bat hadn't gone to class..." Before Ron could finish his words, Harry had already pulled the door handle.

It seemed as if a cold wind blew by, and the two of them shivered inexplicably.

Ron closed his eyes tightly until Harry's voice sounded, "Hey, Snape's not here."

Take off the invisibility cloak and walk into the empty office.

Those bottles and jars with entrails soaked in them are still very oozing.

There was a ball of green slime on the workbench, and both of them recalled the scene a few days ago when they were sitting next to it, collecting venom from a large basket of eight-eyed spiderlings.

"Let's get started quickly."

"good."

I searched through boxes and cabinets, but found nothing.

Harry opened the desk drawer in the inner room, "Isn't it Snape?"

Ron, who did not believe in evil, opened the closet and saw black robes hanging everywhere.

Summer style, winter style, slim style, long swing style...

"Old Bat really likes black."

Harry opened the black quilt on the bed, "Uh-even the sheets are black."

Ron opened the bottom drawer of the wardrobe.

Black briefs, I can't bear to look at them.

"Fluorescent flashes-" He lay on the ground and looked under the bed.

Not a single bug, not even dust.

Harry put his hand into the black pillow and said, "It doesn't look like Snape."

Ron grabbed his hair and said, "Where on earth will Ben Ben run away..."

"Well..." Harry was also troubled by this problem.

Ben was missing for almost three months, and then he was taken to the temporary headquarters of the Ministry of Magic for inspection for a week, and then he was taken back to his dormitory and disappeared when he woke up.

"Could it be that..." Harry and Ron looked at each other.

Benban is already very old, and it is really possible that he considers the temporary headquarters his home.

But this place...

"Oh - let's find another way."

"That's all."

The two sighed and walked out of the potions office.

When Snape returned to the office after class, he saw dense footprints on the ground.

He was one of the few potion masters and would never allow a speck or two of dust to fall into the process of brewing the potion.

And even though his hair is extremely greasy, there are actually very few small patches of dandruff, and they are basically large patches.

Therefore, these footprints can only belong to the intruders.

"Ho--" Snape sneered and followed the footprints into the room inside.

A layman with no experience at all.

"If it wasn't those little bastards, who could it be..."

His cold gaze seemed to penetrate the walls.

Harry and Ron in the auditorium shivered inexplicably.

This feeling seemed familiar, as if I was being stared at by Snape.

"Harry, do you think the old bat will find out it's us?"

"How is it possible? We are wearing an invisibility cloak and no one will notice us."

Ron breathed into the palm of his hand, "That's right, but how do we get in that place?"

"Yes!" Harry approached him and whispered in his ear.

The Bat-Family has never targeted students, and they recently even set up a temporary headquarters.

Ron's eyes grew brighter and brighter as he listened.

Over the weekend, Hogwarts Castle once again underwent a thorough search operation.

Vincent generously handed the mithril suitcase to Wales, who was not in a hurry to check the personal belongings inside.

"Wayne, what happened that day..." He hesitated, as if it was difficult to speak.

Vincent spread his hands indifferently and said, "Forget it about apologizing. After all, you are just following orders."

Wales' expression was very wonderful.

There is shame, regret, and dissatisfaction.

He silently opened the mithril suitcase and inspected each item without saying a word.

This time it was very fast and it was over in less than two hours.

Before he left the dormitory, he took a deep look at Vincent, as if he didn't really want to resolve the conflict.

With such a persistent character, he probably came from Gryffindor House.

However, the situation has changed now. The Ministry of Magic has begun to worry about external public opinion and will not let Wales and others do whatever they want.

Vincent moved his wrist slightly.

Keeping this trouble is not an option, it's time to increase the intensity.

At two o'clock in the morning, the Bat Family finished solving the castle as quickly as possible and gathered in the shadow of the temporary headquarters one after another.

The people on duty tonight are all old acquaintances, so it will be interesting.

After arranging their tasks, they stepped out of the shadows one after another and soon disappeared under the moonlight.

Although there are no more prisoners in the cells of the temporary headquarters, people still need to be sent in regularly to check.

Wales walked in the narrow tunnel, and the torches on the wall could barely illuminate the surroundings.

But suddenly a gust of wind blew by, and the flickering light of the fire seemed to indicate that something was coming in.

"Batman!" He quickly pulled out his wand and warned, "I know you are here, come out!"

"As you wish." A hoarse, deep voice sounded from behind.

"Collapse!" Wales's coma spell hit a torch on the wall.

A black figure passed in front of him, and he felt a sharp pain in the hand holding the wand.

"Clang-" The surrounding area became quiet.

Wales stared blankly at his empty hands.

In just the blink of an eye, the wand was taken away.

The sound shouldn't be too far away, but now is obviously not the time to be distracted.

"Damn it..." Wales clenched his fists and glanced around with his eyes.

"Batman! Are you a coward? Come out and face me if you have the guts!"

"Wha—" A batarang flew past the side of his face.

"Face me?" A low and hoarse voice came from behind again.

Wales turned around quickly, and a cloud of smoke suddenly exploded on the ground.

"Ahem—" He coughed and crossed his hands to protect his head.

After rushing out of the smoke, there was only endless darkness in front of me.

magic?

No, all the torches have been put out.

This chapter is not over yet, please click on the next page to continue reading! The smoke is just a cover-up, Batman is here to bring fear.

It's just darkness, and Wales believes he can survive it.

"Wha--" The sound of batarangs cutting through the air broke the silence.

He rolled to avoid it, but hit the wall head on.

My nose was hot and my hands were wet with blood when I touched it.

Shaking his head, he stood up carefully.

It was dark all around, and Batman certainly couldn't see.

However, as soon as this thought occurred, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my abdomen.

"impossible……"

Wales squatted down and held his stomach, feeling that the air he was breathing through his nose suddenly became thinner.

The nosebleed must have blocked the trachea, that's for sure.

He opened his mouth and breathed heavily, but he still felt like he was about to suffocate.

Is it because of fear? Is he afraid?

impossible!

Wales stood up abruptly, waving his fists randomly in the air.

"You're scared..." A low and hoarse voice sounded.

He swung his fist faster and suddenly shook it and hit the ground.

My head feels dizzy, probably because of excessive blood loss.

"This is fear, Wales..."

Auditory hallucinations must be auditory hallucinations.

"Face it, face the fear..."

A strange orange-red light group appeared in front of Wales's eyes, and then a vague figure slowly walked out of it.

The man had a body like a bat, and his eyes and mouth were emitting extremely dazzling light.

Hallucination?

Maybe.

"I saw you..." Wales forced himself to stand up, "I saw you...Batman..."

His mind went blank, and he fell back hard.

Darkness, only endless darkness.

He slowly closed his eyes and passed out completely.
