The beach is not only the nesting place of the female sea turtle, but also its birthplace. The green sea turtle is very loyal to the habitat!

Once they identify their habitat, no matter how far away they are, even thousands of miles away, the vast majority of green sea turtles will return to their original habitat to reproduce.

Unless the habitat has been severely damaged or changed, or for some other reason, the green turtle has tried many times, but it has never been able to go ashore to dig a hole to lay eggs.

Only when they encounter these situations, will they abandon the original spawning beach and find a more suitable breeding area, otherwise they will not change their habitat for a lifetime!

Cocos Island is far from the mainland and untouched, so it is obviously a very ideal spawning place!
