Unseal at Hogwarts
Chapter 53 Friction on the stairs
Rarely, when Tom and Harry returned to the Slytherin lounge, there were not many people in the lounge.
Tom guessed that they might still be staying near the auditorium, communicating with Durmstrang's classmates.
Harry seemed to be still in a state of excitement, crossing his legs on the carpet in the lounge, his beautiful green eyes shining with excitement, waiting for his classmates to come back and share their thoughts on the Triwizard Tournament.
Although Tom was somewhat interested in the Triwizard Tournament, he was not as excited as Harry.
To Tom, the Triwizard Tournament was just a game that sounded interesting.
He said hello to Harry and returned to the dormitory.
But Rubelos hadn't come back yet, so Tom picked up the book and began to summarize the knowledge and magic spells he had learned in the past two months.
Tom has memorized almost all the theoretical knowledge that can be found in books. Even in order to catch up with the progress of the course, he also knew a lot about the contents of some books related to the courses he was studying.
However, compared with theoretical knowledge, most of his spells are more confusing.
Until now, Tom has only been able to ensure that some of the magic spells commonly used in daily life can be cast perfectly, and for those more powerful practical spells, he cannot even guarantee that they can be cast successfully every time.
Tom closed the notebook, pushed his hair back in distress, and sighed sadly.
He remembered that not long ago, Natalia Bova told him about his experience with Harry in the past three years in an admiring and appreciative tone.
"So from the first to the third grade, what kind of courage did I have to help Harry face Voldemort together?"
Tom roared inwardly.
To be honest, Tom's current magic level is barely on par with a second-year student.
"It still doesn't work." Tom's mind flashed back to the look Moody looked at him after the party.
The most vicious person Tom had ever seen before was probably his grandfather who ran after his father with a cane and shouted that he was going to beat his father to death.
However, the fierce look in Grandpa's eyes was far inferior to the malice that made his heart palpitate when Moody looked at him.
"Maybe I should discuss this with my parents." Tom touched the mobile phone he carried in his pocket.
He took out his mobile phone and pressed Marcus' number.
The mobile phone beeped as it waited to be connected.
Tom waited patiently.
"Du-du-hiss~嗞~"
However, after a while, the busy tone in the receiver turned into a strange electric sound.
Immediately afterwards, the sound of the current suddenly disappeared, and even the "beep" sound disappeared.
There was silence in the receiver.
Tom held the mobile phone in confusion and looked at it over and over.
Is there something wrong with the phone?
Tom tried pressing a few keys, but there was no response from the mobile phone.
"Snapped!"
Tom was so angry that he threw the mobile phone on the ground.
The small box-like phone bounced a few times on the soft carpet and bounced into the bottom of the bed.
It's obviously a technological product modified by magic, why is it so unreliable!
Tom was very irritable.
It just happens to be a time like this!
Now he always feels that he is facing a terrible life danger, but not only is he separated from his family, he doesn't even have much ability to protect himself.
Although Rubelos looked reliable and majestic and could breathe fire, when Tom thought of the frost-covered second floor of his home, he suddenly shrank like a deflated rubber ball.
No, we can’t sit still and wait for death!
Tom immediately tore off a piece of paper, picked up a pen and wrote a letter to Marcus and Cynthia. He stood up in a hurry and was about to go to the Owlhouse to ask Fury for help in sending the letter.
He walked quickly through the bustling lounge, rushing towards the owl loft like a gust of wind.
"Ta-ta-ta-ta"
Tom heard a rush of footsteps behind him, and turned around suddenly, only to see a rather familiar figure flash past.
A familiar breath swept over him. Tom looked at the letter in his hand, hesitated, and followed.
The figure moved very quickly. After passing through several corridors, the figure disappeared among the students coming and going.
Tom stopped, stuffed the letter into his pocket, carefully avoided the crowd, and followed the familiar scent.
This was the scent of the Clow card he had encountered when he and Harry returned to the Slytherin common room.
Tom gritted his teeth: "As a wizard, I may not be qualified enough, but as a Clow magician, I don't believe that I can't do anything with a Clow card!"
He bypassed the oncoming Hufflepuff students, passed through several dark castle corridors, and accidentally slipped past Peeves, who was about to play a prank because he failed to stop in time.
Tom shivered and got rid of the discomfort of walking through the ghost. He ignored Peeves who was chasing him and yelling at him. He jumped up the moving stairs and rushed to the sixth floor where the Clow Card was.
"Ha! Isn't this Tom Cooper?"
As the stairs moved, Tom met two Gryffindor students.
Tom had some impression of them. The two in front of him were Ronald Weasley and Dean Thomas, who were in the same grade as him.
Tom didn't want to cause more trouble and wanted to bypass them and leave.
But the tall Weasley and Thomas directly blocked Tom's way and looked at Tom with displeasure.
"Why, you just managed to cast a spell on us while we weren't paying attention, and now you've been caught by us, and you still want to run away?" Weasley said with anger on his face, and took out his wand and pointed it at Tom.
Thomas sneered maliciously, tapped his palm with his wand, and approached Tom step by step.
Tom laughed angrily.
These two people are really telling lies with their eyes open.
He had just seen Weasley and the others after the dinner. From what Weasley said, it seemed as if he had had a conflict with the two of them not long ago.
"Ha!" Tom laughed out loud immediately, "If your eyes don't work well, I suggest you go to the school doctor's office and see Madam Pomfrey. A real person can admit his mistakes, it's really laughable."
As soon as the words were spoken, the expressions of the two Gryffindors in front of him changed.
All of a sudden they raised their wands and shouted -
"Expelliarmus!" "Tarantella!"
When Tom saw that the situation was not good, as soon as Weasley and Thomas' spells were spoken, he nimbly crouched down and stepped back a few steps, barely dodging the two spells.
"You've done it and still don't admit it, you despicable Slytherin!"
The two Gryffindors chased after him angrily.
As a last resort, Tom turned around and ran away.
