Unseal at Hogwarts

Chapter 11 The Right Time

Tom followed Kerubelos's paw and saw that the hands of the clock at King's Cross station pointed steadily at ten forty-three.

He jumped up and ran towards the partition wall.

A familiar feeling of passing through a barrier.

The platform was still so busy, and the train marked "Hogwarts Express" had not yet departed.

Tom was about to board the train with Crouberos when a familiar call came from one of the train windows.

"Tom! Here!"

Tom looked up and saw Harry waving at him from the window.

He waved to Harry and squeezed into the cubicle where Harry was with Kerubelos.

"Hiss—" Tom just sat down and suddenly realized that he had missed something, "It's over! My luggage!"

Harry across from me rolled his eyes in surprise: "Except for the first grade, when did you carry your luggage obediently?"

"Then, how did I solve it before?" Tom felt that his voice was a little floaty.

"Owl!" Harry glanced at Tom strangely and handed over the parchment and quill.

"Didn't you always use owl mail before?" Harry said, and thoughtfully gave Tom his list of essential supplies.

Tom forced himself to calm down and wrote down the items he needed to buy according to the list. Harry handed the parchment to Hedwig, and Hedwig happily flew out of the train window.

It looks like Harry and Hedwig are pretty good at their business.

Tom made a mental note of this.

According to Harry, Tom seemed to have never been absent in the previous three years.

"Woo--" The train whistled before departure, and then the car body swayed slightly and started to rattle.

"Have you read the Daily Prophet?" Harry looked around, and after confirming that the compartment door was closed, he lowered his voice and said, "During the Quidditch World Cup this time, the Dark Mark appeared!

I've had a bad feeling throughout the summer. Do you think Voldemort will make any more noise this year?"

Tom blinked.

Judging from Harry's tone, it seemed that he and Harry had established a good friendship.

I just don't know what happened in the past three years, and Tom feels that he needs to find out what happened before.

But now is not the time.

Tom quickly adjusted his mentality and thought about the information he already had.

"The Dark Mark? Was it done by Death Eaters?" Tom asked.

Harry nodded seriously, his hands on the table clenched tightly into fists, "They are Death Eaters. They paraded on the field and killed a Muggle. Sirius asked me to pay more attention in school."

"Indeed, you have to pay attention to safety every year at school." Tom whispered.

Harry scratched his hair and laughed.

Seeing Harry pulling his hair with great skill, Tom turned away.

The train whined along, and the scenery outside the window changed again and again.

The originally gloomy sky gradually started to rain. The raindrops hit the window glass with a pitter patter, leaving messy traces on the window as the train moved forward.

Compared with three years ago, Harry seemed more lively. He chattered with Tom about the summer vacation along the way.

Because Harry caught Peter Pellum last year and had his godfather Sirius Black cleared of wrongdoing, Harry lived with Sirius during the last two weeks of the summer vacation.

Tom was sorting out his thoughts while listening to Harry tell anecdotes about his summer vacation.

It was obvious that he had never been absent from Harry's side in the past three years.

To be precise, he did finish his three years of study at Hogwarts.

Except for the first grade, when he brought his luggage to school, the second and third grades were all empty-handed——

After all, the luggage at that time was prepared by me for the start of the first grade!

So, what is the reason that forces him to live in timelines that are not his own? And when does he go back to the previous time?

You know, according to his personality, he will never get involved in trouble that can be avoided.

But now it seems that he is in big trouble.

You know, Tom is now a real first-year freshman at Hogwarts. If he had been at Hogwarts before, how would he explain to Harry that he had to go through the sorting again a few hours later?

?

etc!

Tom seemed to have thought of something.

Except for the first semester in 1991, when he attended the branch school, in the next two years, he seemed to directly attend the opening dinner as an ordinary school student?

So what happened to the admission notice during the summer vacation?

Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall met him three years ago, why didn't they say anything?

Even Professor McGonagall personally took him to Diagon Alley to buy items, and Dumbledore...

Tom's head hit the table hard, making Harry jump.

Tom did not forget that in order to ensure the authenticity of the admission notice, he even specifically called Dumbledore to inquire about the situation!

It's really frustrating.

"What's wrong with you?" Harry asked concerned.

"I..." Tom opened his mouth, "It's okay."

He really didn't know how to explain his situation to Harry.

Harry looked suspicious.

Out of respect for Tom, Harry didn't ask.

Tom turned his head in one direction and looked at the raindrops outside the window.

According to the development of things, he is now a normal fourth year student at Hogwarts.

However, his actual identity is that he is a freshman who has just entered school!

He only has two weeks to truly learn magic!

How can he catch up on the three-year magic course?

Tom hammered the table in frustration.

Harry might have been completely used to Tom's weird behavior sitting across from him. He looked helpless, then took out a book and started reading.

The rain outside the window became heavier and heavier, and the sky became completely dark.

The train began to slow down until it came to a complete stop.

Harry grabbed Tom, who unconsciously wanted to follow the first-year students out of the car, and applied "waterproof and moisture-proof" to him and Kerubelos, and then he led Tom through the crowd and got into a carriage.

Tom turned back frequently, looking at the new student not far away.

Obviously, obviously that is where I should be.

The melancholy in Tom's heart may only be understood by Kerubelos!

The horseless carriage jolted along the path of Hogwarts Castle, splashing water all the way.

Tom looked through the car window at the castle getting closer and closer, his face expressionless.

When the carriage stopped in front of the castle gate, Tom saw Professor McGonagall standing beside the gate.

It was about to "reunite" with Professor McGonagall, and Tom hesitated a little while sitting in the carriage.

He was not mentally prepared to face the professor so soon.

"Hurry up, Tom!" Harry immediately jumped out of the carriage and urged, holding open the door. "The rain is getting heavier and heavier."

But Ruberos stretched out his paw and pushed Tom's leg.

Tom closed his eyes in resignation and jumped off the carriage.

He glanced warily at Professor McGonagall at the door.

Professor McGonagall didn't seem to be surprised at all to see him and Harry together, and even nodded kindly when she caught Tom's eyes looking at her.

Professor McGonagall must know something!
