Warhammer: Start with a dog

As the title says, my fever has not completely subsided. I was thinking I could update later. But before 5am, my little dog started vomiting and having diarrhea. He just ate a little bit and vomited next to my pillow. The specific content and pictures are too disgusting. I posted them in the group so I won’t post them here. He has been sent to the hospital now.
