Warlord: King of All Clans

Chapter 723: Split Hoof Tribe

In the basket, there were five minotaur cubs.

These are the tribesmen that Fraser purchased from the North and have been keeping them in the Riverbend House.

Although they acknowledged Strong as their father years ago, this father has never taken care of them.

Among several minotaur cubs, a dog head squeezed out with difficulty and looked at Strong stupidly.

Strong quickly took it out and threw it to the Kobold gunner behind him, "This one doesn't count!"

This is the kobold cub that Frasa secretly threw in, hoping to confuse the new tribe members and make them think that minotaurs and kobolds are of the same species.

Seeing the Minotaur cub, the old Minotaur Shaman's eyes softened immediately.

It is difficult for Tauren to reproduce and their living conditions are poor, so it is difficult to raise their cubs.

All of Strong's cubs had grown extremely strong. They huddled in the basket and looked at the old shaman curiously, without any fear in their eyes.

Such a carefree and innocent look should not be seen on the aliens in the wilderness.

Apparently they were taken care of so well that even the wild aliens had lost their vigilance.

There was a hint of recognition in Hares' eyes, and then he bowed his head and said, "Chief Strong."

With his certification, the strong totem warriors behind him bowed their heads one by one.

"Chief."

"Chief."

Strong was very happy. He looked at his fellow tribesmen and asked, "Where are the rest of the tribesmen?"

The old shaman explained: "It's still dozens of miles to the north. We will come to see the chief first and then bring them here."

There is no fool among the leaders who have managed to lead the tribe to survive in the chaotic wilderness until now. Hares came to Strong because he had no other choice, but that doesn't mean he is unprepared.

They only brought the most powerful totem warriors, and the rest of the old and weak hid themselves.

If they find that this is a trap, the totem warriors can still use their powerful fighting power to break out of the encirclement and continue to wander around with their hidden tribesmen.

After Strong was accepted by the tribe and became their chief, Leo, Asa and Fisa stepped forward to welcome the arrival of the minotaur.

Hares obviously understood the situation and bowed his head quickly. "Hello, King of the Trolls, King of the Kobolds, and King of the Humans."

There is no such thing as titles among the wild aliens. In their eyes, the leaders of major forces are kings.

The human race's Northern Earls are all real kings, more powerful than the great chiefs of the foreign tribes in the wilderness.

As the host, Leo took the initiative to speak, "Welcome to join Riverbend, just tell us if you need anything!"

Feisa also quickly interrupted, "Tell me! The powerful Kobold Tribe welcomes you to join us!"

Hareth said quickly, "The Splithoof tribe has lost their land and only wants a space to reproduce. As long as the tribe can have enough food, the Splithoof tribe is willing to provide twenty Tauren Totem Warriors."

Leo smiled and shook his head. "The Tauren are new here and have a small population. What they need most is to recuperate. I can promise here that within five years, the Clefthoof Tribe will not need to provide warriors to participate in Riverbend's external wars. As long as you are willing to regard Riverbend as your home, you can protect it together."

Hares was overjoyed and bowed deeply, "Praise you, generous and kind human king."

"Al, choose the most suitable land for the Tauren."

El gave the answer in seconds and laid out a plan in Leo's mind.

Leo took out the River Bend map and drew a circle between Linhai Town and Bawanachi Castle, near the World Tree Avenue.

"There are pastures, forests, and rivers here, enough for your tribe to settle down. To the north, it borders the territory of Fort Bawanachi. Knight Hughes Bawana is one of my people and will not attack you."

Hughes Bawana of Bawanachi Fort, also a Rawad.

After the city of Ilanrado was captured by Count Hermann, his territory was closest to the river bay and was also located on the trade route.

He had made a lot of money in recent years and had long forgotten that he was criticized as a grandson. He told everyone that he was a descendant of Lavard, just like the Earl of River Bay.

Hares looked at the huge circle on the map. Although he didn't know how big it was, his intuition told him that it would not be small. He bowed his head again and said, "Praise you! The spirits of our ancestors will protect you!"

Leo distributed the land and looked at Strong, "Now that you have your own people and have truly established roots in the river, you need to be more stable and not be so outspoken."

"The Splithoof tribe is willing to serve you as their chief, so you must treat them as your own people, and don't think of treating them as consumables."

Strong nodded quickly, but there was some hesitation on his face.

Leo looked at him, a little surprised, "You don't seem satisfied?"

Strong hesitated, pulled Leo aside, and whispered, "But, but, I'm a goblin!"

"A bull-headed goblin is also a goblin."

Leo was speechless. It turned out that Strong's cognitive impairment was not fake. He really thought he was a goblin.

Asa found him a group of minotaurs so that he could have his own troops, and of course he was very happy.

But deep down in Strong's heart, he actually missed his goblin people more.

Leo had no choice but to say, "It's not that there are no goblins, but we can't get them back now. When we go to the north, I will help you find them. Your current task is to take good care of the Tauren people."

Strong then became happy and went to take care of his people.

Most of the goblin clans that were able to move south were clans with a heritage of beast taming and craftsmanship, and were able to become guests of honor of the orcs. Such clans would not easily leave the orcs and migrate to the river bay.

The remaining small goblin clans with no abilities, like the kobolds, have become food for more powerful races on their way south.

The old shaman Hares was also puzzled by Leo's words. After Leo left, he grabbed Strong and asked, "Chief, Riverbend doesn't need our warriors, so what can we do?"

In his understanding, all races that are willing to accept the Tauren tribe do so because of their individual combat effectiveness.

Riverbend doesn't need their warriors, so are they planning to slaughter them and eat their meat like the trolls?

Seeing the old shaman's doubts, Strong smiled and said, "Don't worry, as long as you survive peacefully, Leo will find your value."

In fact, deep down in Leo's heart, he was not very happy about the arrival of this Tauren tribe.

If it were before the advent of muskets, Leo would have sold everything he had and tightened his belt to support this advanced army.

But now Hewan has entered the era of firearms, and the position of the Tauren totem warriors has become very embarrassing.

If they joined the River Bend Legion, apart from helping to carry the gun barrels like the ogres, the combat power they could provide would not be as much as they imagined.

No matter how strong the Tauren Totem Warrior is, he is still made of flesh and blood, comparable to the body of a mid-level transcendent human. He does not have the magical protection of a mid-level transcendent, nor does he have enough agility to dodge gunfire.

Such a large target could easily be targeted by the enemy's muskets and artillery fire.

Fortunately, Riverbend is now wealthy and powerful, and it is not a problem to support a small tribe of tauren. Even for Strong's sake, they cannot let them starve to death.

After the reunion meeting, Leo continued to host the spring broadcast.

But a few days later, before the seeds in the river bend farmland were planted, he received news from Strong.

His Splithoof tribe has proven their worth.
