If Wangjiao is the end point of a straight line distance, the distance is actually similar whether it is Shatin or Tseung Kwan O.

And Shatin has many large and small industrial areas, with a large population and little land.
From the current point of view, Shatin is naturally more valuable.
But in the future, the value of Tseung Kwan O will definitely be higher.
Although he has a lot of funds on hand now, there are too many places to use them, especially the oil costs that will have to be paid successively later. There are only less than 100 million pounds left available.
