The actual height of the building's roof is 556.6 meters, almost level with the highest point of Taiping Mountain, so the overall impact of the building will not be very large. As for the spire, after our design, we deliberately angled the opening towards the southeast, so that even if a typhoon blows over, the wind force will only blow through it, and the impact on the building walls on both sides will not be significant.

In addition, when designing our building, we referred to the wind force issue and specifically designed a super typhoon resistance capacity of level 16. In terms of earthquake resistance, it has a level 8 earthquake resistance capacity.

Typhoons are predictable natural disasters. Even if Xiangjiang encounters a super typhoon, the building doesn't need to be afraid. For the spire, we designed a detachable structure. Although the spire is as high as 58.4 meters, if it is fully dismantled, it will only take one day to dismantle the spire. In this way, even the biggest typhoon will have its force dissipated by the mountain behind Central, and it will have no impact on the building."

"I wonder if Mr. Su is satisfied with this design? If you are not satisfied, we will redesign a building until Mr. Su is satisfied!" Mr. Pei continued.

The design fee given by Su Cheng was quite considerable. Because of this, Mr. Pei wanted to design until Su Cheng was satisfied.

Under normal circumstances, this kind of large project would generally be directly open to bidding by major international design companies, and Su Cheng would eventually select a satisfactory work.

As for all the detailed design drawings of the structure below, of course they would not give them to Su Cheng for the time being. After all, before it has been determined, giving all the design drawings to Party A, even if Su Cheng is the richest man in the world, Mr. Pei would not dare to gamble, in case Party A really intends to get it for free, then the loss to them would be great.
