Chapter 15: The Other Side of the World, the Territory of Wizards

In the next moment, Su Nan felt as if the surrounding scenery was distorted. Before he could react, he found himself outside the ancient castle, in a desolate wilderness.

This desolate wilderness was dotted with gray stone monuments.

The sky was gray and dim, but a full moon hung low. The wilderness was covered in aconite, and in the center stood an ancient altar.

Su Nan sensed a special aura similar to his own emanating from the altar.

"Where is this? Smart Brain?" Su Nan asked.

Su Nan walked along the desolate land, standing at its highest point. He saw the distant land shrouded in mist, making it impossible to see clearly.

The gray mist enveloped the wilderness beneath him.

At the westernmost corner of the wilderness, he seemed to see a series of ancient castle structures, but half of the castle was shrouded in mist, appearing faintly.

Many parts of the castle had already collapsed, and much of the overall castle design incorporated strange, coffin-like structures.

Suddenly, Su Nan noticed a figure appear beside him. He immediately turned around and saw a shadow cloaked in black robes standing in the center of the wilderness, holding a huge scythe.

His clothes were tattered, as if he had been standing there for a very long time.

Su Nan immediately walked towards the center of the wilderness, preparing to defend himself. "Who are you?"

"May I ask, where is this place?"

The black-robed figure holding the huge scythe seemed surprised by the question. He looked up at Su Nan and said, "It has been a very, very long time since a wizard has been born in this area."

"You are the first Second-Class Wizard Apprentice to be born in this area in the last two thousand years."

"It's truly a miracle. I am Orl, the gatekeeper and guide of the Greytomb Graveyard School in the [Secret Realm]."

Su Nan raised his eyebrows. So, he had entered a place that only wizards above Second-Class Wizard Apprentice level on this land could enter. "Are there different levels among wizards?"

The guardian Orl said, "Of course there are. First, there are ordinary people studying in wizard organizations, then Third-Class Wizard Apprentices. These wizard apprentices already have much stronger mental power than ordinary people, and then there are Second-Class Wizard Apprentices whose mental power is sufficient to enter the Secret Realm."
