The Prophet Association will issue no more than three sets of special series of cards every year. The number of each set is variable, but there will only be a maximum of 54 special rules cards mixed in, that is, a maximum of one card of each card suit and number. Although Baron Lavender and Baron Rwanda are richer than Shade, they don't have that much money to buy precious Rhodes cards. But they are all Rhodes masters, relying on their card skills to win cards from friends and out-of-town Rhodes enthusiasts. This is not the first time this has happened today.
