Each altar can independently teach the Blood Refining Stage techniques, but for the Foundation Establishment Realm and above, it must be registered with the main altar and receive the inheritance at the Dharma Transmission Altar. For the Sacred Core Realm and above, it must be approved by the 教主 (jiàozhǔ - religious leader). Determine the only fundamental scripture version, and all other scripture inheritances and secret techniques should be collected, locked in the Sutra Depository, and made available for scripture masters to study, and not allowed to flow into the ordinary believers. Anyone who transmits Dharma privately will, once discovered, have their cultivation abolished, their memories stripped, and be expelled from the Divine Sect.
