When I started writing this book, I encountered many difficulties.

If I want to make money, I can definitely write about Naruto and Pirates.

Why should I write about Kaiba's cheating and hiring murderers? Don't I know that writing this might offend a lot of people who haven't read the comics?

Of course I know.

But I still want to write it, because when I was looking for Yu-Gi-Oh fans in the past, I never found one that wrote about the early stage of the comic, where the Pharaoh used dark games to punish the evildoers. This made me very regretful when I was still in school at the time.

The duels are exciting, but the mini-games and stories also deeply attracted me.

Takahashi Kazuki himself has said that when he is happiest and most motivated when creating, it is the small games he thought of at the beginning.

It would be a pity if no one writes so many interesting stories.

If no one writes it, then I will write it.

I have read a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh fanfics, but most of the protagonists have facial makeup. Without exception, they have a good relationship with the protagonist and call them brothers, and then there are all kinds of big brothers and little brothers, and there are clouds of beautiful women.

At that time, I was thinking that my protagonist must be different from them.

We must let people remember it firmly and never forget it.

So the main character Thok was born.

Cheating at cards, using fake cards, threatening violence, beating the referee, stealing other people's decks while the cards are being shuffled, and secretly drawing two more cards.

If these were placed in the real world, they would undoubtedly be poisonous points.

But for readers who have been reading fanfics with facial makeup protagonists for many years, it is obviously a breath of fresh air.

It's a pleasure to break the shackles.

It’s cool to break the protagonist mode.

I just want to write this kind of unique protagonist: I was born aloof and arrogant, I don’t need a younger brother, women, get out of here! I am invincible in playing cards and beating people!

It is precisely for this reason that I chose a single female protagonist for the protagonist, which is very rare in the fandom world, and she is also an original female protagonist.

This is difficult to write about.

Because if your original heroine is not as good as the women in the original work, readers will think that this woman is redundant.

So I had to think of a way to make the penguin different.

At least in Sok's mind, it was absolutely different.

So the part about Penguin picking up scraps and Sok begging came into being.

That was the story I had in mind when I started the book, and I kept it there, waiting for the right time to truly decide that I would spend my life with Sok.

If you want to move readers, you must first move yourself.

To be honest, when I was making up the story, I cried and wrote down the outline.

Even when I formally wrote the article later, I was a little jealous at times.

For me, this book is considered to be a passing grade. I often read it from the front, and from time to time I am amused by what I have written. There are also some abandoned passages in the outline, such as:
