Chapter 10 Mr. Li

"what!!!"

The shrill screams echoed through the clouds.

Looking at the security guard with a distorted face, Liu Zheng felt inexplicably comfortable.

This copy world is full of things that seem to be true but are not, which has been putting pressure on his mind.

Those indigenous people who looked like humans but were not also made him feel irritated from the bottom of his heart.

It’s just that Liu Zheng has been suppressing his thoughts, trying to keep himself rational to the point of numbness.

Now, the familiar wailing sound has returned.

He seemed to be no longer in a copy, but back to reality.

If you are beaten, you will scream; if you are killed, you will die. What a reassuring rule.

"Hahaha."

Liu Zheng laughed wildly and tore off the security guard's clothes.

A standard dagger with sheath appeared before his eyes.

"Oh, so that's it."

He pulled out the dagger and held it in his backhand, with his palm facing downward and the tip of the knife sticking out from the fist.

"You guys are really unlucky."

Liu Zheng lowered his head to avoid a security guard's fist, and then stabbed him in the neck.

He had never received serious training in combat, but he did know a little bit about dagger handling.

The unfortunate security guard stared, reached out to grab the dagger, and tried to stop Liu Zheng.

But the next second he pulled out the dagger, cutting off the worm muscles of two fingers.

Due to the high pressure, bright red blood spurted out from the broken artery, covering Liu Zheng's face.

This makes him even more excited.

"Oh!"

A powerful punch hit him right on the right cheek.

Liu Zheng shook his head and looked at the security guard who hit him.

The smile had long since disappeared from the latter's face, leaving only seriousness.

"Don't be so nervous, smile a little, okay?"

he reassured.

The security guard didn't say anything, but just swung another punch at his face.

Liu Zheng kicked with his right foot, dodged the attack with a standard left slide, and then hit the security guard under the ear with his fist holding the dagger.

The hard metal handle hurt his palm, but the security guard felt much worse.

Feeling extremely dizzy, the security guard swayed his body and fell to the ground.

Liu Zheng held him caringly, then cut his lips on both sides with a dagger.

As if the opening was not big enough, he stretched out his fingers and pulled hard to both sides until the bright red gums and white molars were exposed.

"Look, what a sweet smile."

Liu Zheng nodded with satisfaction and said to the remaining security guard.

The security guard let out an incomprehensible yell and then rushed forward waving a plastic stick like crazy.

Liu Zheng could have easily dodged it, but a violent tracheal spasm stopped him.

The plastic stick hit him hard on the head, and blood flowed from his forehead, covering one of his eyes.

"Gan!"

Liu Zheng cursed, trying desperately to focus.

But concussion was not something that could be resisted by sheer willpower, and his vision became blurry.

In the dim light, he saw the security guard raise the plastic stick again.

Liu Zheng didn't have time to think about it and crashed into the security guard's arms.

The security guard was caught off guard and could only raise the plastic stick and hit him on the back.

One stick, two sticks, three sticks.
The security guard gradually stopped the attack and leaned his head on Liu Zheng's shoulder.

He pushed the security guard away and stuck the dagger into the latter's chest, all the way to the hilt.

"Ho ho."

Liu Zheng sat on the ground and gasped for breath.

Not only the discomfort in my throat, but also the stinging in my back and the pain in my lungs.

After resting for half a minute, he stood up by supporting the security guard's body.

Although Liu Zheng was seriously injured, he had to do it.

I was lucky. Although the elevator did not stop at the first floor this time, Yipintian Villa has one elevator per household.

The elevator door opened and he staggered to the door of 301.

"Ding ding ding."

Liu Zheng pressed the doorbell.

"Please wait."

A woman's voice came out from inside.

"Hmm?" He frowned slightly. Isn't this Mr. Li?

Ten seconds later, the door opened and a white silk maid in a Gothic dress looked up at him.

Looking at Liu Zheng with blood all over his head, there was no emotion on her face.

"I'm the delivery man from the Bloody Restaurant, and this is the takeaway Mr. Li ordered."

Liu Zheng took the initiative to speak.

"Thank you for your hard work. Please leave it to me."

The maid said calmly, her voice and demeanor as steady as that of an old housekeeper who had worked for several generations.

"I'm sorry, the restaurant requires us to deliver it to the person in person."

He had no intention of handing it over.

"Then please wait a moment. I will go and ask the master for instructions."

The maid did not embarrass him, but turned back into the house and went up the stairs.

A few minutes later, a silver-haired old man walked down the stairs with the help of a maid.

He was thin and his face was covered with wrinkles, but he had few age spots and his eyes were even clearer than those of young people.

She was wearing a set of pink silk pajamas embroidered with a pattern of some spore plant.

"Has my sashimi arrived?"

the old man asked loudly.

"Excuse me, are you Mr. Li?"

"it's me."

The old man nodded.

"Excuse me, Mr. Li, I'm new here. Do you have anything to verify your identity?"

Liu Zheng asked.

Although this may anger the other person, it is better than falling into the gutter.

"No problem, young man."

The old man smiled indulgently and pulled his cell phone out of his pajama pocket.

"Xiaojiu, call Miss Si for me."

"Okay, master."

The maid took the phone and dialed a number.

For some unknown reason, Liu Zheng wrote down the string of numbers.

"Hello, Miss Si? Sorry to bother you. Your employee is here to deliver food and wants to confirm my identity. Could you please talk to him?"

After the call was connected, the old man picked up the phone and said, then handed the phone to Liu Zheng.

He took the phone and put the microphone to his ear.

"Hello, boss. I'm the new delivery man, Liu Zheng."

he said respectfully.

"I know. There's no problem with his identity. Give him the takeaway."

The voice on the other end of the phone was indeed Si Xue's emotionless voice.

"Okay, boss."

Before Liu Zheng finished speaking, a busy tone sounded in his ears.

"How about it, young man, can you give me the takeaway?"

Mr. Li laughed.

“Of course, here’s your takeaway.”

Liu Zheng handed over the takeaway.

Mr. Li picked up the takeaway order, took a look at it, and sighed.

"It's this today, what a pity."

“Is there anything wrong with the food?”

he asked.

"No problem, I like this dish very much. But unfortunately, I'm sick recently and the doctor advised me not to eat food related to the five sense organs."

Mr. Li said regretfully.

The five facial features refer to the eyebrows, eyes, ears, nose and mouth. The five facial features in medicine refer to the eyes, ears, mouth, nose and tongue.

No matter which one Mr. Li is talking about, the eyeballs are included.

"Then I wish you a speedy recovery."

Liu Zheng said politely and turned to leave.

"Wait a minute, young man. Such good ingredients cannot be wasted. Why don't you eat it?"

Mr. Li called him.

"Ah, me?"

Liu Zheng turned his head, shocked like a catfish.

Oh my god, it turns out it was waiting for him here.
