Sorry, I went out yesterday afternoon because I had something to do, and because the Chinese New Year is coming soon, my family asked me to adjust my schedule to working during the day and sleeping at night, so I didn’t sleep from the day before yesterday to yesterday. I thought I could adjust it today, but I still have a headache.

Take a day off to recuperate.
