Chapter 1849 Rejection

1865, repelling heart

The Tathagata left without taking any clouds with him, and the hut became pure again.

Liu Hao and Fang Yun are obsessed with each other, but they have their own thoughts.

What Fang Yun didn't want to see the most was for Tathagata to leave the Zhou and Han Dynasties he had established. Not to mention anything else, it was that he was deeply opposed to Buddhism.

Taoism cultivates this life, Buddhism cultivates the next life.

At this point, Fang Yun's choice in his heart was already very clear.

Why after he came into contact with Taoist martial arts and magical powers, he immediately began to study and understand the principles of heaven and earth. He understood that Tao is a state and a statement of the laws of heaven and earth.

In other words, every ascetic is positive and progressive. No matter how big the obstacles are in front of them, they will not hesitate to go through them, even if they know that if they take a step forward, they may die on the spot.

If you listen to the Tao in the morning, you can die in the past. This sentence already explains everything.

On the other hand, no matter how Buddhism explains it, what they tell the world is still the afterlife.

It seems that all the practice in this life is just to accumulate merit in the next life, to have a better birth status in the next life, etc.

They have almost completely rejected it now.

The 'negative' among them is what worries Fang Luck the most.

He didn't want the "passivity" of Buddhism to be brought into his Zhou and Han Dynasties. His sage world of Confucianism and Taoism had just begun. Having an excited mentality to welcome the future was what he wanted to see most.

What is merit?

Isn’t it just what Buddhism says?

Isn’t the standard within the Buddhist gate?

They say 'saving one life is better than building a seven-level pagoda', but they never care whether this person is worth saving?

It seems that they only need to save this person and get the merit of saving people. As for the butterfly effect caused by saving this person in the future, causing countless sentient beings to lose their lives because of this person, they will not pay attention to it. ?

It is also for this reason that they have an extraordinary pursuit of "putting down the butcher's knife and becoming a Buddha immediately."

It seemed that they had convinced this 'butcher' that all their past sins had been completely ended after they entered Buddhism.

From another perspective, they have ignored the laws of the world.

What they want is for divine power to be higher than imperial power, and they still have the aloofness to look down on the human world.

Fang Yun didn’t want Tathagata to enter Zhou Han, and there was another important reason:

That is, the Tathagata in front of us has not really experienced the baptism of Confucianism and Taoism, and has not integrated many Confucian theories into the meaning of Buddhist scriptures like later generations.

He knew very well that once Tathagata went to Zhou and Han Dynasties, he would definitely be influenced by the Confucianism of Zhou and Han Dynasties, absorb many Confucian essences, and push his Buddhist morality to a higher level again.

Even if this kind of push is a good thing in Fang Yun's eyes, he doesn't want to get this cause and effect.

Because of this cause and effect, you can indeed benefit a lot from Buddhism, but because of this, there is bound to be a lot of karma following you.

The troubles involved are not just temporary, but are likely to be entangled with each other for countless years to come.

When Confucianism influenced the meaning of Buddhist scriptures, wouldn't Confucianism be influenced by the meaning of Buddhist scriptures?

If the negative thoughts of Buddhism were also absorbed by Confucianism, Fang Yun would not only be depressed.

However, no matter how strong this thought was, Fang Yun could not express it in front of Tathagata.

It's not that I'm afraid of Tathagata, nor that I'm really afraid of Buddhism, but once I mention it, it's really no different from declaring war.

I prohibit you from entering Buddhism. No matter what the reason is, for Tathagata, it is not just a simple rejection, but a denial of Buddhism.

On the way of 'Tao', when you deny other people's Tao in front of others, it is equivalent to telling the other person: "This is the beginning of the battle between me and your Taoism!"

What else can Tathagata do? He can only accept it, which is not much different from fighting to the death.

This is the same as slapping someone in the face in front of them.

In fact, if given a choice, Fang Yun would be more willing to see a Tathagata Buddha who is used to bewitching believers, rather than the Tathagata who just identified the inner path.

He was worried, but most of them were also a little lucky. When Tathagata left, he was heading north. Obviously, the first place to stay would most likely be in the world of One Piece.

"I wonder what Tathagata would think when he saw the pirate area's Tianlong people?"

From the side, Liu Hao's voice came faintly, and the gloating in it was not hidden at all. It seemed that he was ready to watch a show. This made Fang Yun stunned, but soon, there was something at the corner of his mouth.

Lift up.

"Aren't the dragons in that day very similar to the ancient Western Heaven?"

Fang Yun immediately raised the question in his mind. Obviously, what he wanted was just a nod from Liu Hao.

"Hahaha..." Liu Hao seemed to be unable to hold in his obsession any longer: "Not only are they similar in appearance, they are almost the same model!"

What he said was not a joke.

In the prehistoric times, Xiniu, Hezhou and Xitian Buddhism were controlled. Who doesn’t know how high the status of Buddhism is?

Which of the human kingdoms in Xiniu and Hezhou is not crawling under the Buddhist Spirit Mountain?

They are even less qualified to crawl. Even if a monk has never entered the path of spiritual practice, he will be treated with the highest courtesy if he steps into these human kingdoms. Give money to others and give people to others.

.

Even if this monk just makes an unintentional statement, such as wanting to build a temple in that location in this country, when the monk wakes up the next day, the temple in his mind will probably have been completed, and it will be magnificent inside.

of.

This is the real influence, which seems invisible but leaves no blind spots.

In Journey to the West, all human beings within 800 miles of Shituo Ridge are extinct. When you enter Shituo City, Sun Wukong will tremble with fear. Doesn’t that explain everything?

Don't tell me that the Buddhist sect on Lingshan Mountain in the West knows nothing about the conditions of Shituoling Mountain, which is so close to Lingshan Mountain!

How could Buddhism not understand the cruelty of green lions and white elephants?

After knowing it, they released them as a disaster on the journey to the west. Obviously, these Buddhas and Bodhisattvas already had the answer in their hearts. Knowing this extremely cruel future, they still made the choice without hesitation.

After all, they just don't care!

For the success of their journey to the West and for the true spread of Buddhism eastwards, what could they not sacrifice?

Anyway, it is impossible to cut the flesh on themselves, and the pain of others is nothing more than reciting a few lines of the Purana Sutra.

This time, because of the connection between the heavens and Liu Hao's entry into the ancient world, Sun Wukong's character was largely preserved, and the green lion and white elephant died, causing Manjusri and Samantabhadra to lose face. That was a big deal.

Even if Manjushri Samantabhadra chose to suppress it for the sake of the 'overall situation' at that time, the resentment in his heart would probably last for a long time to this day.

Even after Manjusri Samantabhadra entered the heavens and had a full understanding of his own way, this resentment could not be let go lightly, because it was about face, and he would have to end it with Sun Wukong one day.

Of course, this end will probably not be able to tell the difference between life and death. It is just a mount, or a mount that was captured halfway. Even if it has a certain status in Manjushri Samantabhadra's heart, it cannot be that high.

At least, neither Qinglong Liu Hao nor Obsessed Liu Hao saw Sun Wukong say hello when he saw Manjushri Samantabhadra. Although it cannot be said that he completely ignored it, it was not much different.

On the other hand, isn’t it true that Manjusri and Samantabhadra are like this?

This is also ‘cause and effect’.

A saint will fight for his skin, and others will naturally follow his example.

Having said so much, one thing remains: Manjusri and Samantabhadra do not really care about the lives of blue lions and white elephants in their hearts. There is no guarantee that one day, during their travels, they will see a blue lion or a white elephant, and they will conquer it.

It replaces the original mount.

These are Buddhist Bodhisattvas from ancient times, and they are still like this, let alone the people below.

These people below are even more confident, right?

Wasn't Fortune strictly guarding against this before?

So far, no great Buddhist master from the ancient times has set foot in the land of Zhou and Han where his destiny was finally established?

Obsessed with Liu Hao's answer, Fang Yun once raised the corners of his mouth and frowned slightly. After a while, he shook his head. He seemed to have thought of something again, and then he lowered his frown:

"That's fine, if there is such a mirror placed in front of Tathagata, it will touch him to some extent!"

Obsessive Liu Hao naturally guessed Fang Yun's concerns: "The Tathagata is originally a man of many treasures. When he first became a disciple of Tongtian, the Three Pure Ones were still in Kunlun and had not separated. What the Tathagata learned came not so much from Tongtian, but from Tongtian."

Yu Sanqing!"

"What do you mean, fellow Taoist, when the Tathagata transformed into many treasures, the Mahayana Buddhism is nothing more than the indoctrination of the moral deity?"

"That's the case!" Liu Hao nodded with persistence; "It should be noted that when I turned into a Hu, even if Duobao turned into a Tathagata, he didn't cut off the corpse. How much Mahayana Buddhism can he understand?"

"Your explanation makes perfect sense!"

Fang Yun responded gently, and then asked another question: "What do you mean, fellow Taoist, that the Tathagata will truly absorb the Mahayana Buddhism during this trip and use it for his own use?"

Seeing the obsessed Liu Hao continue to nod, Fang Yun became even more depressed: "If this is the case, then I will definitely stay in Zhouhan for a long time!"

Fang Yun just laughed when he saw this: "Sometimes you know that cause and effect are ahead, but you can't avoid it. So what if you Taoist friends are unhappy? How many of the many Buddhist principles come from Confucianism? Don't you have any concept in your Taoist friends' minds?

?”

"That's all, talent is only natural!" How could Fang Yun not understand the reason: "It would be best if the Tathagata could absorb enough Confucianism before entering the Zhou and Han Dynasties!"

"It seems that you are very unhappy with this cause and effect!"

"Who would be happy to have one more trouble?"

Fang Yun's wry smile did not win the slightest sympathy from the obsessive Liu Hao: "Fellow Taoist, you'd better pray that the Tathagata will not change you Zhou Han, otherwise the cause and effect will be huge!"

As soon as these words came out, Fang Yun was almost stunned on the spot, obsessed with the guess in Liu Hao's words. In Fang Yun's opinion, it could be said that it was almost 99% accurate.

Walking all the way, accumulating all the way, when he arrived at Zhou Han, the accumulation was probably enough. In a place like Zhou Han with the strongest Confucianism, wouldn't transformation be a matter of course?

Is the smaller cause and effect I want still possible?

He only felt bitterness at the corner of his mouth, and many thoughts flashed through his mind, such as blocking the Tathagata before he stepped into Zhou Han?

Is it possible?

With the fate of the Tathagata Buddha in the prehistoric world, even if it is blocked for a while, it cannot be blocked forever, right?

If you really do this, it is very likely that this "good karma" will turn into "bad karma", which means there will be more hatred.

Preventing people from becoming enlightened is like killing their parents. Fang Yun still understands this truth.

There are still two great saints in Buddhism. In the future, those two great saints will inevitably appear in the world below. If his fate has not yet entered Hunyuan, how should such an enemy choose when he sees him?

If you don't feel threatened, then you really made a killing move, right?

With that kind of character, what can't they do?

Fang Yun could only extinguish this idea. The reason why he had such an idea was that he knew very well that once the Tathagata broke through to the sub-sage realm in his Zhouhan territory, he would inevitably leave many Buddha natures at the place of breakthrough. These Buddhas

The Buddha-nature will not only affect the surrounding Zhou and Han populations at the time of Tathagata's breakthrough, but the remaining Buddha-nature will also last for an unknown number of years.

If the Tathagata attains enlightenment one day in the future, the Buddha nature here will only continue to strengthen and even extend to the end of the world.

In other words, Buddhism had truly taken root in his Zhou and Han Dynasties, and the negative thinking patterns of Buddhism that he worried about would really be implanted in his own Zhou and Han Dynasties, and even affect the sage world of Confucianism and Taoism.

He was worried about this, but after thinking about it, he didn't seem to have a good answer, so he seemed to have no choice but to let it go.

Perhaps the only thing that can be done is to seize this cause and effect as if it is a handle, and ask for more benefits from the Tathagata and Buddhism again and again in the future, right?

But how can the prehistoric Buddhism be so cunning?

How could Fang Yun not guess it from Liu Hao's mouth?

It is clearly of the same lineage as Jie Yin Zhunti. He is very quick to pick up bargains. When he pays, it is endless tweaking. He urges again. The possibility of not admitting it is not impossible. His eloquence is not bad at all. His sophistry skills are Buddhist.

They have always been the best group.

Fang Yun found that he seemed to have no choice but to grit his teeth and admit it.

But in the obsessed Liu Hao's heart, there is another way to stop him, that is to simply let Fang Yun sacrifice himself, and greet him from a distance before discovering that Tathagata is about to break into Fang Yun Zhou Han.

Of course, when he welcomed the other party, he did not intend to introduce him to Fang Yun Zhou and Han. Instead, he simply pretended to be happy and sat down with Tathagata where he was and discussed the Tao!

Isn’t Fang Yun itself a living Confucian encyclopedia?

Is there any Confucian theory that Fang Yun does not understand?

Wouldn't it be enough to keep explaining until the Tathagata completely integrates these Confucian theories into Mahayana Buddhism?

As long as Tathagata's breakthrough did not occur within the territory of Fang Yun Zhou and Han, the biggest worry would not exist.

After the breakthrough, Tathagata most likely has no intention of continuing to visit Zhouhan, right?

At this time, if you don’t find a quiet place to consolidate yourself, then you are not the Tathagata.
