Even if a three-wheeled truck is stuck due to some component, once this shock absorber is produced, it can also be installed on other previous vehicles.

Even now, the staff is still relatively scattered. Temporary workers have almost all had their own fixed positions, and the repair shop's business of equipping shock absorbers has to be launched. We can't just wait for the business. Even if the engine is produced in the future, the new engine will be smaller and consume less fuel, and the water tank will not need to be so large. After all modifications, the steering booster pump can be installed. The repair shop may be responsible for the modification business, and then disassemble the items, maintain them, and then install them into other vehicles.

The upper limit of debugging is the weight of the forklift itself. If the forklift shelf and forklift weigh one hundred kilograms, then this must also be included in the weight of the goods. In this way, you have to actually fork something weighing one ton. The total cost of ethics for the bike is at least one ton plus twice the weight of the frame.

So no matter how powerful your engine is, the forklift's limited fork capacity must be several hundred kilograms less than its own weight.

In this way, there are many things to consider when designing a forklift. Lift, power, weight. Considering that the best customers for mobile forklifts are steel rolling mills, it feels unsatisfactory to only produce half-ton and one-ton forklift models. If it is too heavy, the diesel engine will need to be bigger. If the engine is bigger, many things will also need to be bigger. For example, if it consumes a lot of fuel, you can't just install a small fuel tank and refuel all the time. The water tank also needs to be large, otherwise the heat cannot be dissipated if it is small.

And if something is big, it takes up space, but it doesn’t take up much weight. The weight can only be calculated when the fuel and water tanks are empty. That’s why the forklift body is made of very thick steel plates. Cars want the body to be as light as possible. In addition to the accessories, the forklift itself must not be heavy enough, otherwise it will be overturned by the forked goods.

Luo Cheng went to the logistics department. There was no phone number in the logistics department. Now his position was not good enough for a secretary. Another way to put it is that the 5T forklifts currently produced can only achieve that amount at the theoretical limit. Those produced abroad are guaranteed to be able to lift that amount without problems.
