Hogwarts: I am Voldemort

Chapter 261 Are you awake, Moony Face?

Lupine was happy that Dumbledore didn't force him to agree.

But the incident still disturbed his mind and kept him awake late at night.

He lay in the wooden house, with his hands folded behind his head, staring at the roof in the moonlight.

That was the only flat board in the whole house.

There are four simple images painted on the wooden board. On the left is a big dog wagging its tail, on the right is a jumping mouse. In the middle is a wolf curled up on the ground and a rather strong stag with its head held high.

The four unrelated animals are not as opposite as in reality.

They are painted together very harmoniously, with a smile on each face.

If you look closer, you will see a line of small words below the four animals, which reads:

Prongs, Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot.

"Almost thirteen years old."

Lupine suddenly muttered something to himself, and then he really couldn't sleep.

After staring at the roof for a while, he couldn't help but get up and use a lighting technique. Then he rummaged in the box for a while and took out paper and pen:

Dear Principal:

I don't know if this decision is correct, but since I listened to your suggestion, my heart has become restless.

I had so many happy times at Hogwarts, and those are memories that I cherish to this day and cannot forget.

Although I am afraid of hurting those children, there are still people I want to see there.

Therefore, I decided to go there and have a look. If I can live up to your trust and help him, that would be great.

But I still hope you will consider it carefully if there are other suitable candidates...

Lupine wrote a long letter, in which he repeatedly emphasized his fears and hesitations.

He didn't stop writing until he saw that a piece of paper was filled with writing, then took out an envelope and packed it.

Then he put the letter next to him and closed his eyes with contentment.

This time, he finally fell asleep and had a rare dream.

In the dream, he and his three friends were playing happily under a swaying willow tree.

I really hope this dream will never stop, but it’s a pity that the sun comes out too early.

The next day, he went to the stream to wash up as usual, but when he returned to the tree house, he became restless.

He hesitated whether to send the letter or not, which made him forget to eat breakfast.

It wasn't until three o'clock in the morning when his stomach woke him up that he made up his mind to send this letter.

"I'll lend you the owl, Lupin, but you'll buy me a drink."

The old witch who had lost one of her front teeth said while holding on to her window.

"I don't have any money, Jenny, you know that," Lupine said with a smile, "but I can share some game with you, and you know my food tastes good."

Jenny glanced at the prey in Lupine's hand, rolled her eyes and said, "I heard that Greyback and his team passed by here. They went to the Highland Bar. Do you want to go?"

Lu Ping was stunned for a moment, then smiled bitterly and said: "Jenny, you always have a way."

The old witch bared her teeth and smiled, looking very scary.

Lu Ping took a look at the prey and said, "This should be exchanged for a few glasses of wine, let's go together?"

"certainly."

Jenny responded with a smile, and then closed the window with a bang.

Lupine knew she would have to wait a while, because Jenny took a long time to dress up every time.

This made him a little anxious, fearing that he would miss Greyback's team.

Those werewolves are causing trouble everywhere and have no fixed place to live. It's not easy to encounter them once.

Fortunately, Jenny didn't waste too long this time, and she dressed up and walked out soon after - she even used magic to get a false front tooth.

"You should make it up, Jenny, it's too much trouble every time," Lupine said to her on the way.

"That will change my fortune, Lupin, you should learn divination carefully." Jenny said proudly.

Lupine stopped talking, and the two soon arrived at the Highland Bar.

This is one of the few fun places in Glengarry Forest, and there are some wizards here every day.

When Greyback's team arrived, the place became more lively and wild.

When he opened the door, Lu Ping felt the fanatical atmosphere and the unclean smell.

He soiled his clothes on the road, but he didn't smell that unclean because he never ate raw flesh.

Even though he was bitten as a child and became a werewolf, he still lived a normal life.

It was very tough, but he did it.

Glancing around the bar, Lupine found his target.

"Go sit there, Jenny."

Lupine said, walking straight to a silly-looking werewolf next to the bar.

"Big Nick, long time no see."

"haven't seen you for a long time."

Big Nick said innocently, and then he sniffed, as if to confirm his smell.

"You are too clean. Eat more meat."

He muttered something and started drinking.

"There happens to be some game, but I'm going to trade it for wine."

Lupine said and asked the bartender to change drinks. Of course, this would be looked down upon, but Lupine was used to it.

Jenny, who was not a good drinker, drank two more glasses of strong wine and soon joined the dance floor and disappeared from Lupine.

"Where are you going, Big Nick?"

Lupine raised his glass and asked seemingly casually.

"Who knows, just listen to the boss."

Big Nick clinked glasses with him, and then took a long sip.

Lupine knew that this meant that Greyback's team had nothing to do and they were just passing by.

So he drank a few more drinks with the other person and was about to leave, but when he said this, Big Nick rarely asked him to take a drink.

"real?"

Lu Ping was very surprised. Did this stupid man regard him as his friend?

"Really, clean werewolf, we're friends."

Big Nick seemed to have drunk too much. He took the wine given to Lupine and placed it in front of Lupine swayingly.

Lupine didn't want to drink anymore. He felt a little high.

But what the other party gave him was his favorite butterbeer, and the wine had no alcohol content...

So he took the wine glass, bumped it with Big Nick, and quickly destroyed it.

"I'm leaving, Big Nick, to prepare myself for the night..."

As he spoke, Lu Ping felt his tongue begin to curl, and then he felt sleepy and his feet became weak.

In his sight, Big Nick showed a smile that didn't look silly at all and said, "I'll take you home, we are friends."

This was Lupine's last memory before he went limp and collapsed.

He didn't know what happened next.

But while he was sleeping, he felt memories surging, and Occlumency began to operate automatically, but it didn't seem to be very effective.

Slowly, he was awakened by chaotic memories, and then he heard a arrogant voice saying: "Little Barty, get out of here, your body stinks too much."

"I just pretended to be Big Nick, it has to be perfect, right?"

Another voice said.

Lupine was immediately alert to the danger. He fought against the drowsiness in his mind and thought about how to deal with it.

However, at this moment, a deep voice suddenly sounded:

"Are you awake, Moony?"
