After a while, his accomplice knelt on one leg and stretched out the muzzle of the gun from the corner.

Although he was a little nervous, Mike still smiled.

His companion just wanted to shrink behind the corner, but it was too late.

His mask and helmet were pierced by a magnetic gun bullet, and a blood mist immediately enveloped his head.

Mike lay on the ground and raised his head, only to see Renault standing in front of him with his body facing the doorway.

It was Renault who shot one by one and knocked down two enemies cleanly.

The corridor was quiet for a while, strangely quiet.

The situation now was like this: Renault's team was on one side, Mike was on the other side, and the Zerglin Skinner was in the middle.

They were so close that Mike thought he could smell the stench of the Zeglin Skinner.

Its special skin seemed to be rotting and festering.

The Zeglin Skinner looked at the team, then turned his head to look at the reporter, as if considering which side to attack first.

Finally, after a complex mental struggle, its head finally made a decision.

It squeaked, opened its claws, and jumped up to pounce on Liberty.

At the same time, Mike raised the muzzle of the Gauss Magnetic Gun and rushed forward, getting under the jumping Zeglin Skinner.

When the arc reached the top, Mike pulled the trigger, and a string of bullets "poofed" through the belly of the Zeglin Skinner, through its body, and embedded in the metal ceiling in the corridor.

The putrid pus from the Zergling Flayer fell from the sky, soaking Mike.

He retched in disgust, and Raynor ran over.

"What are the Zerg doing here?" Raynor asked.

"Maybe they are here to find what we are looking for?" Mike guessed.

"Now, let's go find the data." Raynor waved his hand and led the remaining commandos to move forward.

"Now, let's find a place to take a shower." Mike muttered to himself, wiping his dirty combat uniform.
