#82 - The unpopular black spider
In the end, Yang Le's proposal was unanimously approved. These lone wolves, who usually acted independently, seemed to have an unusually high interest in teamwork.
After dealing with the situation all night, the group originally decided to discuss countermeasures, but Ultimate Peter said he had something to do and had to go out, telling everyone to have breakfast without waiting for him.
Finally, after everyone had almost finished breakfast, Ultimate Peter returned, bringing someone with him.
"Let me introduce you to—Miles Morales," Ultimate Peter announced like a presenter.
Miles looked at everyone in front of him in shock. He never knew there were so many Spider-Men.
Seeing Miles stunned and silent, Ultimate Peter quietly nudged him with his elbow, and Miles finally came back to his senses.
"Hey, hello everyone," Miles said awkwardly, raising his right hand in greeting, looking somewhat embarrassed.
"What does this mean?" Spider-Noir looked at Ultimate Peter in confusion. "What's with this kid?"
"This kid is like us," Ultimate Peter said, patting Miles on the shoulder, signaling him to relax.
Spider-Sense resonated once again, and everyone knew that Peter was indeed not lying. This kid also had Spider-Man's abilities.
"I was thinking of having him join this plan?"
"Let him join? A kid?" 616 Peter widened his eyes, looking incredulous.
"I agree, we're not going there to play," Gwen chimed in.
Miles noticed Gwen, with her dazzling blonde hair. Gwen was indeed very attractive to the opposite sex.
"Watch it, kid!"
A voice came from below. Miles looked down and saw Spider-Ham, who was pointing at him with a finger that had been inexplicably enlarged, even bigger than himself.
"Your gaze is very rude, she has a boyfriend."
"What? No! Wait! I don't!"
Miles's secret thoughts were exposed, and he hurriedly tried to defend himself, but everyone shook their heads.
"A boy in puberty," Spider-Noir sighed. "Clearly, he's not ready yet."
"Bringing him into battle is too crazy," Peni also shook her head. "He'll be scared."
"What you did was indeed inconsiderate, Peter," Yang Le said. As soon as he finished speaking, the three Peters looked up at him.
"You know who I'm talking about," Yang Le sighed. It seemed he needed to assign code names later.
"We're going to a battlefield, no one has the leisure or ability to take care of a Boy Scout."
Of course, Yang Le could do it, but why should he be Black Spider's babysitter?
"Okay," Ultimate Peter sighed. Originally, he thought this was the best time to give Miles experience, especially since he rarely had so many helpers, but since everyone disagreed, he had to give up on the idea.
Miles felt somewhat resentful at being belittled by everyone, and seeing that Ultimate Peter was not on his side either, his resentment grew even stronger.
"I'm not a Boy Scout," Miles muttered resentfully.
Although Miles's voice was small, it couldn't hide from everyone present. Everyone more or less heard his murmur.
"Did you say something just now?" Yang Le asked, frowning.
"Alright, Miles," Ultimate Peter said, afraid of an argument, and quickly patted Miles on the shoulder to comfort him.
"I was too hasty, you don't need to take it to heart."
"I said I'm not a Boy Scout!" Miles shouted at Yang Le, ignoring Ultimate Peter's dissuasion.
"Puberty," Spider-Ham shook his head, sighing.
Faced with Miles's outburst, Yang Le remained expressionless.
"You say you're not a Boy Scout, how do you prove it? Can you control your superpowers?"
Yang Le's question deflated Miles. Yang Le hit the nail on the head. Miles couldn't control his superpowers at all. His quilt had been torn to shreds by him.
"Come back and shout when you can control your powers properly."
"Then what can you do? You don't have superpowers," Miles questioned Yang Le. The resonance earlier didn't include Yang Le, which made him think Yang Le was just an ordinary person.
In fact, Miles was right, but only half right.
"Miles..." Ultimate Peter wanted to mediate, but Yang Le interrupted him.
"Want to see?" Yang Le looked at Miles.
"Oh, okay!" Miles puffed out his chest.
Although Yang Le was taller and stronger than him, he was not afraid, because he was no longer an ordinary person.
"Peter, do you know where it's more spacious?" Yang Le looked at Ultimate Peter beside him.
"I think someone needs a little education, don't worry, I know my limits."
"This..." Ultimate Peter hesitated for a moment, then nodded. The group came to the utility room outside.
"I also have such a place, used to store some small equipment," 616 Peter said with a serious expression.
"Then it seems our tastes are similar." Peter took out the key, inserted it into the lock and twisted it. A spider logo appeared on the lock, then a spider logo was printed on the door, and then it opened, revealing an elevator shaft.
"It seems there's still a bit of a difference," 616 Peter said blankly, looking at everything that was happening in front of him.

"Welcome everyone to my Spider-Cave."
Ultimate Peter proudly showed everyone everything in front of them. This was what he had built up little by little, filled with his hard work. Originally, only his family knew about it, and now he could finally show it to others, satisfying his little vanity.
"This place is too spacious," 616 Peter muttered.
"Looks not bad." Gwen glanced around, and found that her and Yang Le's 'bathtub' was better, but still flattered him.
Miles was also stunned by the scene in front of him, and didn't react until Yang Le stood in front of him.
"Come on, let's finish this early, Aunt May will wake up later, so she won't worry."
Aunt May rarely didn't get up early. Maybe the changes in Brooklyn last night really scared her. After relaxing, the old lady rarely slept in, and everyone didn't wake her up.
"Uh, actually I..." Miles scratched his head, actually he was just hot-blooded just now, and now he had calmed down a bit, and was thinking about how to refuse Yang Le.
Yang Le could also see it, but how could he let Miles go? Not for anything else, just because Miles was staring at Gwen just now, and he wanted to beat up Black Spider for Marvel's various behaviors.
How could he let go of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
"Don't tell me you're scared?" Yang Le said intentionally or unintentionally.
"Afraid? How is that possible?" Teenagers in puberty can't stand being provoked, and Miles was indeed tricked.
