The level of cooperation displayed by Razorwings, comparable to that of soldiers, is beyond the capabilities of ordinary beasts. As a dragon tamer, Ivan was well aware that they even possessed a simple language communication mechanism and could recognize commands issued in the Aida language.

The Emberwings very docilely accepted these items. Then, he took out a delicate spirit bone ring with a Druidic symbol from his pocket and handed it to Ivan.

Because Black Reef City lacked air defense weapons, the only small number of anti-aircraft guns could not stop the hundreds of rotorcraft from wreaking havoc. Plus, almost all air squadrons had been transferred to the hidden airfields in the Saliba Islands to support the battle in New Ryan City, so no air support could be called in. The defenders could only watch all of this happen in despair.

When the Flotation Sentinels approached the burning urban area, the real culprits appeared.
