After reorganizing the army, the main force set off westward, crossing the mountains and arriving at a vast swamp.
According to intelligence from captured orcs, this swamp was called Zangar Marsh, which used to be a sea, but was later eroded by fel energy, causing the seawater to recede and eventually form a swamp.
In the eastern part of the swamp, there were two roads leading north and south, and the two sides split up here.
Roger, Alleria, and Dathrohan led their troops south, entering Talador to pursue Talon Bloodmoon.
Turalyon, Khadgar, and Kurdran went north into Gorgrond to hunt down Deathwing.
After the division, Roger personally led the dragonhawk riders to scout along the road.
Finally, three days later, they discovered the trail of Talon Bloodmoon in a Draenei town called Tuurem.
Talon Bloodmoon was only accompanied by a few hundred orcs. When Roger saw this, he directly rode the black dragon whelp to attack Talon Bloodmoon's forces.
The whelp swooped down, and dragon breath engulfed the orcs from above.
Roger continuously cast Arcane Missiles, bombarding the orcs.
The dragonhawk riders also followed Roger's attack, their arrows accurately hitting the orcs' vital spots.
For a time, the orcs were stunned and only focused on escaping, completely forgetting how to fight back.
Of course, they had no way to fight back. Apart from the black dragon whelp being relatively close to them, the dragonhawk riders were completely out of their attack range.
And the only spellcaster among the orcs—Talon Bloodmoon—drove his deathcharger away at the first moment the black dragon whelp flew down.
This death knight, who was as powerful as a god in the eyes of the orcs, didn't even have the courage to face Roger.
Roger led the dragonhawk riders to cut off the road leading to Shadowmoon Valley, and the orcs could only avoid the east and run west.
Talon Bloodmoon gathered about a hundred or so defeated soldiers and entered an area called the Bone Wastes, entering an underground mausoleum.
According to the intelligence provided by the orc prisoners, this underground mausoleum was called Auchindoun, a cemetery highly valued by the Draenei.
When the orcs attacked the cemetery that year, they originally wanted to summon demons, but instead summoned a powerful elemental lord from another world, whose powerful sonic attacks destroyed the land within a hundred miles of Auchindoun, forming the current Bone Wastes.
Roger's dragonhawk riders built a camp on the edge of the Bone Wastes and notified the main force to come over, blocking any roads leading to Shadowmoon Valley.
Then, he went to Auchindoun alone.
When the black dragon whelp landed, he was not greeted by orcs, but by a group of races he had never seen before.
But Roger knew that they were Draenei.
The arrival of the orcs disturbed them, and when they came out to scout, they happened to discover Roger.
"Outsider, state your purpose!"
"I'm here to find the orcs who entered the tomb!" Roger said neither humble nor arrogant, "If you help me find those orcs, I will also give you some help."
"You can't help us with anything, outsider!" A Draenei said loudly, "Leave here, or we will be rude to you!"
Roger smiled disdainfully. These Draenei wouldn't cooperate without showing some strength.
Casting a spell, he retracted the black dragon whelp into the magic rein space, and then took out the Demonbane Sword and Shield, "You'd better not hinder me, otherwise, I don't mind treating you as accomplices of the orcs."
The Draenei were obviously angered by Roger's boastful words, and they immediately condensed shadow magic, giving Roger a final warning: "Outsider, leave immediately!"
Roger completely ignored their warning and continued to walk towards the tomb passage.
"Death to those who trespass in Auchindoun!"
The Draenei cast spells at Roger, who casually blocked them with the Demonbane Shield, deflecting the shadow magic.
Just as Roger was about to enter the underground passage, several arakkoa appeared from the shadows.
"Respected guest, I bring greetings from Anzu, the Raven God."
Roger raised his eyebrows. Two of the four Auchindoun instances had appeared. Were the other two going to join in the fun too?
"By order of Rukhmar, the Talon King, we will take you to find the orcs."
The arakkoa paused for a moment, and then said, "However, the Talon King hopes that you can help us return to our home, Spires of Arak."
Roger chuckled, "You have good intentions."
The arakkoa looked at Roger nervously when he heard this.
But Roger didn't bargain, "As long as you can help me find the orcs, I, personally representing humanity, will form an alliance with you arakkoa.
Helping allies return home is what we should do. However, this matter should be discussed in the long term. We will discuss this matter after we have completely defeated the orcs."
The arakkoa nodded quickly, "That's for sure! We hate the orcs very much. If it weren't for their deception, we would have returned to our homeland by now."
"Please come with me, respected guest!"
"Wait!"
A Draenei stopped them. He got up and ran to Roger, "If we help you find the orcs, can you help us retake Shattrath?"
"That depends on how much help you can give me!"
The Draenei said seriously, "If you can help us retake Shattrath and ensure that it will no longer be attacked by orcs and demons, I will immediately take you to find the orcs, and you don't need to go through the underground passage."
"Nonsense!" The arakkoa rebuked the Draenei, "How can you find the orcs without entering the underground mausoleum? Respected guest, don't listen to his nonsense."
"Auchindoun was built by us Draenei. We know any passage in Auchindoun very well and can find their exits."
Roger raised his hand to stop the two from arguing, "I don't care how much effort you put in, as long as I can find Talon Bloodmoon, I can agree to your conditions."
The arakkoa immediately looked at the Draenei. He also knew that the arakkoa really didn't know Auchindoun as well as the Draenei.
But the Draenei didn't speak. He looked at Roger: "You need to retake Shattrath first, then I can tell you where the exit of the tunnel is."
Roger stared at the Draenei, but the Draenei was not afraid.
The arakkoa was shocked by Roger's pressure and didn't dare to say a word, for fear that Roger would make him a scapegoat.
Roger thought for a while, and then said, "I will help you retake Shattrath, but if you dare to lie to me, I will kill all the Draenei!"
The Draenei trembled, obviously frightened by Roger's murderous aura.
But even so, he didn't change his conditions. Obviously, he thought that retaking Shattrath was more important than his personal life or even the lives of the entire clan.
