The more I sit, the more my neck hurts. I feel dizzy and my eyes swell. I can’t stand it anymore.

I will update two chapters tomorrow at around 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. I have planned tomorrow. I will go for acupuncture and massage after I finish writing.

I can’t take it anymore. It hurts so much. Brothers, does anyone have a folk remedy for cervical spondylosis? I can’t use plasters. I am allergic to band-aids.
