One day of sick leave

I have a fever of 38 and a half degrees, I still have a headache after sleeping for more than ten hours, and I feel sleepy again after taking some medicine. I really can’t get up today, so I’m asking for a day off.

The temperature is cooling down everywhere now, so everyone should keep warm and avoid catching a cold.
