Two Worlds: I studied at Hogwarts

#116 - Snape's Arrangement

Since coming to Hogwarts to study magic, the students encounter various unexpected situations every day.

It might be accidents during new magic learning or pranks played by the students themselves.

The professors at Hogwarts have long been accustomed to these situations that may occur at any time.

These unexpected accidents are more like a seasoning to life for the professors.

Because what they do every day has not changed for years or even decades.

Teaching, grading homework, preparing for club affairs, preparing professional course materials, tutoring senior students for exams, checking the living conditions of lower-grade students, and promptly stopping violating young wizards.

These things make up the professors' ordinary and busy day.

After all the time is occupied by various things, fixed course content and patterns undoubtedly make the professors more relaxed.

For the young wizards, this also allows them to preview in advance and learn magic better.

This kind of teaching mode has been going on for many years in Hogwarts, and the students are already used to it.

The two consecutive potions classes on Friday are the same for the Gryffindor lions.

Although they hate it, they can't avoid it, so they can only join in.

Hermione belongs to the kind of person who joins in more thoroughly; she will preview the content of the potions class one day in advance.

Of course, she is almost like this for all courses, and so is Moon.

However, there was still a slight change in this Friday's potions class.

Professor Snape's leg has improved a lot. Although his walking posture is still a bit strange, the cloak behind him has slightly fluttered a little.

Knock knock knock!

Snape, who walked to the podium, quickly tapped the desk a few times with his middle knuckle, and the eyes of all the young wizards were attracted.

"Today, I will make an exception to explain a new potion knowledge to you. I hope you all brought your brains, instead of leaving them on the Quidditch pitch or at the dining table."

When Snape spoke, his expression in the first half was still very normal, and his eyes looked at the seats where the Slytherin students were sitting.

However, when he talked about the second half, his eyes had already glanced at the Gryffindor lions' seats, and his tone was even more severe.

Malfoy couldn't help but smile when he saw this scene.

The Gryffindor students were already used to Snape's class style with a hint of animosity.

"Today, you can all temporarily close your textbooks and take out your quills and notebooks."

After Snape finished speaking, he pointed upwards with two fingers of his right hand and then waved forward gently.

A huge scroll that was originally hanging in front of the classroom unfolded directly.

"This is... [Potion Analysis]!"

The Slytherin students seemed to have known what class they were going to have today, so they were not surprised at all when the scroll was opened.

On the other hand, the Gryffindor lions mostly had never heard of this potion term.

Of course, this excludes Moon.

However, Hermione seemed to know something too.

Moon noticed that this little witch was obviously happier when she saw the content of the scroll.

"This is a fifth-year course! I never thought I could get in touch with it this year."

After Hermione roughly browsed the content on the scroll, she turned to Moon next to her and said in a low voice.

Moon was not in the mood to pay attention to Hermione at all. He vaguely felt that Snape's class today seemed to be specifically targeting someone.

"Remember! [Potion Analysis] is indeed difficult, but there are ways to master it quickly."

As Snape spoke, he waved his right hand again, and a set of words appeared directly below the huge scroll.

[Potion Perception Training]

"Okay, today's class is over here. I hope you can all remember these contents, instead of letting me teach them again in the fifth grade."

Moon was actually very helpless about Snape, a professor who ended class halfway through the content.

However, he still restrained the urge to ask questions because he could feel that the targeted meaning of this class was really too strong.

After coming out of the potions classroom, Hermione's excitement had not dissipated.

"This should be the most valuable knowledge I have learned this year."

"But you said the same thing when you learned the [Petrification Curse] last time."

Before Moon could reply, Ron directly helped Hermione recall what happened a month ago.

"Ron, you don't understand. The most valuable knowledge is originally meant to be constantly updated, otherwise we wouldn't know how to improve, right?"

Hermione had developed an immunity to Ron's special "harmful tone."

After she finished speaking, she immediately looked at Moon, who was standing aside.

In Hermione's opinion, Moon should be the one who can understand the meaning of her words best.

"Moon, what are you thinking about?"

Seeing that Moon didn't respond but was thinking about the problem, Hermione became curious.

"Oh, I was thinking about what Snape said just now about [Magic Perception Training]?"

"This? It should be a kind of magic training method, right? If you want to know, why don't you go to the library and check it out? Maybe there will be an answer."

"Thanks for the reminder, I'll go now. Are you coming with me?"

"No, the content of today's potions class is enough for me to digest for a long time. I must record it all now."

"Okay then."

After hurriedly eating lunch in the Great Hall on the first floor, Moon came to the library alone.

Moon had already memorized most of the potions catalogs in the public open area. There were no books related to magic perception here.

So this time, Moon went directly to the "Comprehensive" book area.

"Magic Perception Special Training: Unlocking Unknown Secrets"

Finally, Moon found this book on the lower right side of the third bookshelf in the comprehensive book area.

The material of the book was still very new, and not many people should have borrowed it.

The thickness of this book was less than an inch, and it was more like a booklet.

After discovering that there was not much content, Moon did not borrow it, but came to the library browsing area and carefully read it.

"The person who wrote this book must have great achievements in potions."

After carefully reading the content of the book, Moon couldn't help but sigh at the person who designed this training method.

He had an extraordinary understanding of magic.

The magic perception training method introduced in the book was not only for [Potion Analysis].

Potion making, alchemy, ancient rune research 1.:

These complex and profound fields with extremely high requirements for production technology can all be mastered with the help of [Magic Perception Training].

Unfortunately, this book did not mark the author, which made it impossible for Moon to continue investigating.

"The time should be almost here. Maybe I can try [Magic Perception Training] once today."

After reading this booklet, Moon glanced at the large pendulum clock hanging on the wall of the library.

This afternoon was the potions class for Hufflepuff's third-year students.

Moon had already made an appointment with Cedric to purify the spores of the Sleeping Nettle after the potions class.

Because the purification process was not very troublesome, Moon planned to try the new things he learned today as well.
