Two Worlds: I studied at Hogwarts
#12 - Meg's worries
Mune had thought that Dumbledore's speech would be the last part of the dinner, but he didn't expect that they would have to sing the school song.
When Dumbledore announced that they would sing the school song, Mune noticed that the expressions of the professors on the stage became unnatural, especially that Potions professor that Harry had inquired about.
Mune was originally nervous that he wouldn't know the lyrics, but then he realized that it wasn't necessary at all, because golden ribbons were already floating out of Dumbledore's wand.
These ribbons twisted and danced in the air, eventually slowly turning into lines of lyrics.

"Everyone choose their favorite tune."
This is too casual, Mune thought.
Next, he heard what was probably the most disorganized rendition of the school song in history.
Studying magic at Hogwarts will definitely not be boring, this was Mune's first thought after singing the school song.
Because a very short school song was sung in hundreds of different tunes by the entire school.
Mune also joined the chorus, using the tune of a Xilin children's song.
Although the school song was very chaotic, Mune especially liked the first two lines.
Hogwarts, Hogwarts, Hogwarts, Hogwarts,
Please teach us something worth knowing,
Bring us back what we've forgotten,
Do just what you must.
......
The magical dinner finally came to an end.
After Dumbledore announced that they could return to their dormitories, the prefects took the lead in standing up to maintain order, leading the new students out of the hall.
It was also at this time that Mune learned that the Gryffindor prefect was called Percy Weasley, Ron's brother.
However, this prefect seemed to care particularly about his identity, revealing his prefect status once every five sentences.
Mune didn't know if the other party was doing it on purpose, but Ron, who was following behind, showed a very disgusted expression.
Mune didn't care about these little things, he just wanted to go back to the dormitory and get a good night's sleep as soon as possible.
He had been reading until very late last night, and his midday nap was also disturbed, causing his eyelids to droop now.
On the way, they also encountered a ghost named Peeves, and Percy used the name of the Bloody Baron to scare him away.
Neville was hit again by the cane dropped by Peeves, and Mune was now increasingly certain that this little wizard with a toad might really be taken care of by the god of bad luck.
After entering the common room through the "Dragon Dung" password, before they had time to observe, they were led to their respective dormitories.
This was a five-person room, with four-poster beds draped with dark red curtains.
Mune was just assigned to a position against the wall, next to Harry's bed.
Mune opened his suitcase and first took out the Tree Hollow Cabin. Bouncy had already adapted to the hollowed-out carved little bed in the cabin, and it would be difficult to fall asleep once he left.
"What is this?" Ron was still discussing the rich dinner tonight with everyone, and walked over curiously after seeing the wooden house.
"Bouncy's house." Mune held it up for everyone else who had gathered around to take a look.
The room now had Harry, Ron, Neville, Seamus, and Mune, and they all lowered their heads and peered hard at the scene inside the wooden house.
Bed, cabinet, blanket, pillow, and even a painting of a Galleon hanging on the wall.
"This is really exquisite, was it bought in London?" Seamus moved the small window on the wooden house and said enviously.
"It must be worth a lot of money!" Ron also nodded in agreement.
"I carved this myself." After everyone finished watching, Mune placed the wooden house on his bedside table.
"You carved it yourself! How is that possible, this is more exquisite than any toy model I've ever seen." Seamus looked at Mune suspiciously.
"Mune's craftsmanship is very good, I saw it at the entrance of the zoo, he also gave me a wooden sword."
Harry said, pulling out a knight's wooden sword from his suitcase, and several little boys gathered around again.
The small wooden sword was only the size of a palm, and was carved by Mune according to the stone statue in the park. The most complicated pattern on it was a few roses carved on the hilt.
This was after he heard people say that the national flower of England was the rose that he carved it on.
The few wooden flowers didn't attract much attention, but Ron looked at the Tree Hollow Cabin with envy several times.
He had just seen that Neville's toad even had a metal box, and his Scabbers, not bad, could sleep with him in a big bed.
The little wizards introduced themselves to each other, and then went to bed. Mune quietly climbed to the window of the Tree Hollow Cabin and said good night.
"Squeak ~"
Just as Mune was about to sleep after receiving a response, Ron suddenly called out.
"Get off, Scabbers! Don't gnaw on my sheets."
Mune turned over and continued to sleep facing the window.
......
After the dinner ended, McGonagall found Dumbledore again.
The two most mysterious children were sorted into Gryffindor tonight, and she was still a little worried.
"Dumbledore, is this really okay?"
"What?" The white-bearded headmaster looked at his most capable assistant in confusion.
"These two children, Harry and Mr. Scarlett, especially Mr. Scarlett, he wore the Sorting Hat for longer than Harry."
McGonagall's expression was unusually serious, as if the child in her mouth brought her a lot of pressure.
"But he didn't break your record, did he." Dumbledore's speed was very steady, and the words that came out of his mouth were very comforting.
"But ......"
"Alright, Minerva, since the Sorting Hat has already sorted him into Gryffindor, then I think Hogwarts has a need to accept him."
Dumbledore saw that McGonagall's expression hadn't relaxed, and instead brought up another interesting thing.
"The little wizard mentioned in The Daily Prophet should be Mr. Scarlett, right."
"That's right, Tom from the Leaky Cauldron sent me a letter yesterday, and I realized that I had forgotten about Mr. Scarlett, and I didn't even know where he earned so much money, and even made Gringotts change the rules for exchanging Galleons."
"I think this shouldn't be simple." Listening to McGonagall's description, Dumbledore nodded and said.
"That's right, that child's hands are all injured, I don't even know how he spent this month."
Mentioning this matter made McGonagall feel guilty towards Mune.
"This is my dereliction of duty, Headmaster."
"No, Minerva, it's because I was too focused on that matter, so that Mr. Scarlett's road to Hogwarts was full of challenges, but this also just proves to us that this child is very brave and has a brain, doesn't he."
An eleven-year-old wizard could earn 100 Galleons in three months, and dare to go to Diagon Alley alone, and even inexplicably make Gringotts change the exchange rules.
In the past, McGonagall didn't even dare to think about this.
Could it be that he is really suitable for Gryffindor, McGonagall pondered.
"Alright, Minerva, you're tired enough, just have a good rest tonight, you still have to teach the little wizards tomorrow."
Seeing that McGonagall had already figured it out, Dumbledore smiled and watched her leave.
When the entire headmaster's office was quiet, Dumbledore suddenly had a whim and walked to the window, looking in the direction of the Gryffindor dormitory, and said.
"Welcome to Hogwarts."
......
This was the best night of sleep Mune had ever had, the soft mattress, the comfortable blanket, the fluffy pillow, all of this simply made his body soft.
When sleeping, he could no longer hear the roar of the four-wheeled vehicle, only the faint sound of crisp birdsong in the morning.
Perhaps because it was the first day of school, even though Mune was very sleepy last night, he woke up very early in the morning.
Listening to the even breathing coming from Bouncy in the Tree Hollow Cabin, Mune quickly put on his clothes and walked out of the dormitory with everyone.
In the common room, Percy was already waiting for them, and after giving each person a timetable for this academic year, they went to the hall together.
The variety of breakfast was very rich, and Mune felt that Hogwarts must have a lot of chefs, very powerful.
"When are you going to find Professor McGonagall, if others find out about Bouncy, it's likely to deduct points from Gryffindor."
Hermione, sitting opposite, ate a piece of pumpkin pie and looked at Mune very seriously.
"Thanks for the reminder, I saw that there is only one History of Magic class on the timetable this morning, so I plan to go find Professor McGonagall after class."
Seeing that Mune hadn't forgotten about getting a certificate for Bouncy, Hermione was obviously relieved.
Mune hurriedly ate a few bites, and took a small portion of bread back, he had to prepare a little breakfast for Bouncy too.
However, as soon as he left, a large group of owls appeared in the hall, bringing the students the packages, letters, and The Daily Prophet they needed.
