Warhammer III

Chapter 48 Two Primarchs

Transparent crystal powder floats in the middle of the desert. The already distorted light and shadow on the planet show a blurry double image through the crystal, looming like a mirage.

The double image showed a tall figure. Tai Yue could only see his blurry back at this moment. He seemed to have a scimitar on his waist and his hair was tied into braids.

He walked forward slowly and took off the scimitar from his waist, but Tai Yue didn't know what he was going to do.

Suddenly his body began to tremble, and countless bright and pure light particles spread out, like morning stars in the sky. The light gradually faded and turned into transparent crystal powder.

"Farewell, my friend!"

Tai Yue heard the farewell voice from the figure in a trance, which touched his heartstrings, but was sad but not sad.

"Soul fragment?!"

Tai Yue blurted out that this broken light was obviously a projection of subspace, and he had seen it a lot.

He was looking forward to Jerome's answer. After all, it was too strange to have soul fragments forming crystal powder in a place like this.

"All is dust!"

Jerome spoke the battle cry of the Thousand Sons, and then sent a message to Taiyue.

"Grand Master, let's land in the area with crystal powder in front of us. I'll deal with the hell flying dragon!"

Taiyue guessed that Jerome knew all this, but did not ask further questions, but drove the Thunderhawk gunship forward.

After arriving at its destination, the Thunder Eagle gunboat stopped on the yellow sand, and the raised sand dust and transparent crystal powder were intertwined.

The two left the Thunderhawk gunship and turned to deal with the pursuing Hell Dragon.

When Taiyue was just about to use the gravity blade, he found that Jerome was floating directly, and the magic book of the psychic creation star was surrounding him, like a satellite orbiting the planet.

At the same time, a group of hell flying dragons swooped down, covering the sky with their corrupted dragon breath, trying to devour the two of them.

Jerome held up the psionic scepter in his left hand. This psionic scepter came from the Chaos wizard Lolat he killed, and the palm of his right hand was spread upward.

The surging psychic power surged out of his body. After being amplified by the subspace crystal on the psychic scepter, he instantly clenched his right hand into a fist.

The sky is shattered!

Spider web-like cracks in the subspace spread rapidly, and the hell flying dragon was cut open by the extending cracks. The corrupted dragon breath and the exploding furnace core were directly involved in the subspace.

Such a powerful force made Tai Yue feel that his soul was shaken. The negative pressure formed by the surrounding air entering the subspace formed a sandstorm and emitted a harsh scream.

The transparent crystal powder behind Jerome glowed again with the spiritual power and flew towards his body.

The light particles passed through the Terminator armor and entered Jerome's body, and his psychic power was further enhanced!

Jerome closed the subspace rift with a wave of his hand, and the sandstorm disappeared. A crater of yellow sand formed around the Thunderhawk gunship, and the rocky ground was exposed under their feet.

"Is this your psychic power!"

Tai Yue couldn't help feeling that when he was sparring with Jerome before, he felt that his psychic power was not weaker than his own, but now Jerome's psychic power far exceeded that of himself, an Alpha psyker.

"During the battle at the Burning of Prospero, Magnus' soul was broken into countless soul fragments that could act independently. Magnus' loyal soul fragments merged with a loyalist warrior of the Thousand Sons, and they were born. The first supreme master of our Gray Knights Chapter - Janus."

"The current Daemon Primarch, the soul fragment of Magnus the Red, represents his wrath. He is now nothing more than a pathetic and hateful slave of Tzeentch."

Jerome looked at the stunned Tai Yue and continued to explain:

"And I also have a fragment of Magnus's soul inside me."

After he explained, Tai Yue was even more surprised.

"You are not the first Supreme Master, Lord Janus, are you?"

Tai Yue asked curiously, having never heard of other Gray Knights possessing Magnus' soul fragments.

"No, I am only over 300 years old, and my soul has not been completely integrated with the fragments of Magnus' soul in my body. This is why I came to the Ninth Brotherhood."

Jerome explained as he and Tai Yue headed to the Thunderhawk gunship to prepare to return to support the ground forces.

"There's a knife stuck in the rocky ground ahead!"

When Tai Yue was about to board the Thunder Eagle gunship, he discovered the psychic scimitar reflecting the cold light.

He stepped forward, picked up the scimitar, and looked at it carefully.

The blade is made of psychic material, and there is a row of small characters on the handle: Jaghatai Khan.

"Primarch of the White Scars of the Fifth Legion!"

They both shouted at the same time.

(The remaining primarchs will return one after another in the future. Of course, after completing their mission, the primarchs should be cold as well. Guilliman: Why do I feel cold on my back)
